I bought the dynamic lab "Mega lip plumper", advertised for $170 but discounted to $29. What a rip off! Absolutely NO plumping effect at all. On my receipt it said cost $0 but they charged me and I have it on my bank statement. This company should be looked at by the BBB! Don't waste your money!

I received damaged stud earrings from Gilt, via Eye Candy LA. This was due to Eye Candy improperly packaging them for shipment. If they had only boxed them!? Gilt handled my issue immediately sending a free return shipping label. They have great customer service
I must say that I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Gilt. I ordered several things from your company and two of the arrived damage. Your customer service department via Chat, immediately made the adjustments and put me at the top of the waitlist for the item in the future. It took all of 5 minutes of my time... They accidently sent me two of the same item and charged me twice for it. I called angry and ready to argue my tail off, but they were actually really apologetic and understanding! I said, "and I don't think I should have to pay the return shipping either" and the representative said "of course ma'am, I'll take care of that for you"! I wish more company's had customer service like this!
I received my Order #******* today and my new Kate Spade Sonia Purple Beau bag is absolutely stunning, but it has tons of scratches on it! :( I immediately contacted the Online Chat Customer Service and Jessica replied. She was so helpful and helped me to immediately purchase a new one. She also gave me directions to print the return shipping label to return the scratched handbag. She was so helpful and very pleasant.

I bought everything from professional blow dryers to great clothes. I do spend more Money when I shop on line and find myself doing impulse buying so I try to love what I do purchase.

Jude was so helpful when I hit a snag with the promotion code not applying the full value as indicated on the refer-a-friend promotion. While she didn't have an immediate fix, she asked me to email her the details and promised to figure out what was going wrong and why. Sure enough, she did find a solution and emalied me promptly, within the hour. I know that marketing teams don't always communicate the fine print of their promotions effectively to customer service teams and was impressed that Jude and her team we able to solve the problem! I shop at the flash sale site about once a week though I look at it daily. The few times I've had return/concern issues they've been wonderfully helpful. They have great service, good product and an addictive site.
I have order many products through Gilt. Especially Predire Paris. I live in Florida I get all my stuff with 3 to 5 days with no problems. And the products are 100 legit.
I'm not sure why people are complaining about Gilt. If you buy on line it takes up to 2 weeks to receive things. There is a process they must go through.
The people complaining are the same people that complain in a restaurant to get the food for free.

I received the wrong color scarf and I wrote an email explaining how I had received the incorrect item. Since the color I had originally ordered was no longer available, I was offered two options. I could either return the scarf for a full refund or be issued a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund and kept the scarf. My issue was very easily resolved.
I have always gotten good products from Gilt. I mostly get products for my home. Towels and bed cover sets are well worth the money. I recommend this web site

I found their website to one of the youtuber vlog from Australia. So i checked the website and to my surprise their price is very very friendly that the luxury community will definitely love them.
We were stationed in Germany and luxury items are cheaper than US plus they accept VAT form (tax free) for the US military members. So i when we came back to US i was sad sad that the price are almost half more. So when i found the Gilt website i was like a kid that i was super happy and alive again!
So Thank you Gilt.com for introducing your great items and European price to US and other countries. I just ordered my 2nd Valentino thong sandals which is arriving next week and more shopping to come!
