I bought flowers and chocolates for a dear friend who was going through a difficult time. It was supposed to be same day delivery. The money was deducted and the gift was never delivered. I could not contact them, the email didn't work. They contact me 3 days after via whatsapp and said there's supplier issues, but it would be delivered within 2-4 days. Still nothing. I wrote them back... nothing. No information. So I am seeking via the bank to get my money back. And advised them I was doing so... naturally I got an instant message back about their suppliers problems again and said no I want a refund. Nothing. It has been over a week and still nothing. Do not use this company. They are spammers.

They lie to you.
They do not deliver.
It was an awful experience. They guy told me I was calling Delaware (BS it was a California area code). They told me my order was on its way (BS my order was not even processed but indeed charged). They told me they did not have orchids and tried to replace it with lillies. (BS they never delivered anything)
Tip for consumers:
My order # was 01410700 and after reading more reviews in this website abd others I realized that there were using this number over and over again.
