I haven't received my payment to my PayPal card I sold my gift card.kgiftcard.com. My gift card was from. Guitar center for the amount of 68.89 I sold it. I never received payment.
So I am ocd about checking my balance. They decided to randomly charge me 3 fees. Their first email said "nothing they could do" they cannot reverse fees. Lies! I called and complain and he investigated it, they charged me 4.95x3 for the hell of it. See below for evidence of how shady they are
So sorry I did not check customer reviews before I frustrated myself trying to order actual gift cards. TG that neither my credit card nor bank debit card would honor the orders. Thought I must be making errors in entering info. But maybe not. Guess I will just have to hoof it to the gift card rack at the supermarket and buy direct. PS, I never check a box to leave a credit card number with a shop on line service. This site is informative & will bookmark it. Thanks.
No readable proof provided before cards were printed. Cards arrived with top of logo chopped off the printed card. Address name incorrect on mailing address. When we called to ask for a correction of our name was told they have no one in their company that can fix that. The only way to correct it was to place another order.
Idea of cards is a good one, however processing and delivery leave a lot to be desired. Will not use this company again.
The concept is great but the delivery is awful. They are very unclear about a lot of things, and they hide important information in their FAQ's and other places so you have to dig to understand how they operate. Customer service is quick, but not helpful at all. I won't be using this site in the future and I definitely don't recommend you do either.
I have not received the card I ordered on 12/19. I received two messages saying the order is confirmed and that it's on the way. I have sent a message to Tom Cribbs just now. I will update this review or, hopefully he will respond here.
I uploaded ALL VERY APPROPRIATE pictures & I was sent an email stating something was declined due to: "Violence, blood, dead animals, indecency, nudity or semi-nudity."
These are wedding & beach pictures (married in Mexico)? Unacceptable- the one that was declined didn't get separated from the others & I do not know if they were all declined or just the one that wasn't printed. I will most likely not be using this company again since they took my money then cancelled the order. Funny though... I received an email 5 minutes later saying my order was cancelled yet they could not distinguish between a printable & non-printable card/ upload before transaction was complete? I am very disappointed & will make sure to use a more reputable site next time.
I placed an order with GiftCards.com. As part of the process I entered what I thought was an excessive amount of information to place the order at least compared to most online sites I use. They next day I received an order cancellation notice from them for some unspecified reason other than some data didn't match like how I spell my address versus how my bank does. However the information was apparently good enough to place a pending charge against my account which will be corrected in 3 days.
