I have ordered from Bearpile so many times in the past year, I have secured my mailman's retirement! What a great site with so many choices. It is very easy to use and once you create an account you can select favorite artists as well as favorite items! All your email conversations are there and you are able to leave reviews, ask questions, and more. The only thing I wish was offered was a layaway option. Many artists will take payments, but it is not readily available.

The seller has great customer service. Super pleased with this doll, cute looking, easy to move, came in discrete packaging, and the product is better than I expected, Very satisfied with the shopping.

They have stolen the pictures that they use on their website. The things they advertise they do not actually make. None of the pictures are of their own work, they are all stolen from the actual artists who make them.

They have stolen my pictures, and the pictures of many other artists.

Buyer beware, this is a fraudulent website.

Do not use this site. They are a scam. You will only get ripped off.

I was looking for a certain type of contractor, this site was clear and uncluttered with advertisments, just link to business' advertised on North Bay Connection. Not too many business' there yet but it sure showed me a quality contractor, that's exactly what I was looking for, not a confusing bunch that I had to wade through! Great site!

I regretfully ordered from China. I realized after the oder that I did the forbidden. I try not to order anything from them because of their constant scamming practices online and on Amazon. There was no tracking. And let the picture speak for itself. The baby with the big forhead and ugly face is what I received. I so hate the chinses people for this.

My fiancé and I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime and although the company was fairly accommodating during the process (changes, suggestions etc) when we got the dolls they were packed in a box that was slightly too small for them and they arrived broken and we were charged 30$ delivery. (Also noticed it arrived from Japan NOT the UK like it's listed on their site).
When we contacted the company with our concerns and multiple photographs they asked us to try gluing it back together (we paid 240$ for something special for our wedding... gluing it together was NOT the answer we were looking for). I asked for a refund and they offered around 25$. I said no then they offered 50. I said no again and they gave us back 60$ and that was all they were willing to do.
Needless to say were pretty disappointed with the cracks and glue all over our cake topper and will need to get another one which is disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on this one!

Took my money. Ignored my immediate request for cancellation. Shipped item. On delivery item is incorrect. No response from them to my request for returning incorrect item or to my request to reverse charge to my credit card stat. Only response from that at all was to immediately charge my credit card. Situation now is I have been billed for an item I didn't order (wrong color) and I, in fact, canceled five minutes after ordering it. No reply from them to numerous emails. Seems like some kind of scam for sure. If I could choose rating of ZERO I would. Doesn't even deserve a 1.
