G FUEL

I purchased a starter kit several months ago and never received my sample packs. After several attempts in emailing customer service regarding this issue I have given up since no one seems to care about it. I sent pictures of packaging as requested but no one ever got back to me. Buyer beware if you try to contact them expect no communication. I will admit customer service aside their products are great. Cotton candy is a must!

I've made quite a few purchases from the G-fuel's website. However, the shipping option (as in the only one) for international parcels does not allow for complete tracking, which makes it easier for it to be stolen by my country's post office workers. (out of 7 purchases, only 3 ever arrived at my house) while buying from other websites, like bodybuilding.com, offer a better and more reliable service.

The customer service is also lacking, as they usually reply to messages very dismissively, like their international clients are not valuable.

In general, I always make purchases on this website with some remorse.

I love your products there the best but I live in Canada so often when I order things it takes at least a month sometimes to get here. Have you guys though of opening actual stores or maybe having distributors in different countries so people don't have to wait as long.

Most of their flavours have this buget taste of the flavour its supposed to be, i really dont know why people saying its great and the best its alright i guess, but be wary of what flavour your gonna buy cause you will know what i mean when i say budget taste

The G Fuel website is the worst site to order from and the app is unusable. The app crashes constantly and clears out payment information during a purchase, rendering it pointless. The products are very expensive and the actual website is so slow and glitchy. Links don't load and the functionality is poor. For a company that is this big, a working site and app is key.

But Some times, the first experience may be unsuccessful due to lack of experience in the selection, so I hope that there will be a trial package for those who have not tried the product before.

Although gfuel does have some great flavours, discounts and can keep you up for about 8-10 hours, the website lacks in a good User Interface, that doesnt continually mess up, very expensive shipping prices and far too many acidic flavours, where it shouldnt be. If you need something that is healthy to keep you up though, it will do!.

I buy from them because I truly enjoy the products. Good drinks and cups. The actual company though is iffy from what I've experienced, bad customer service and my orders always come pretty beat up and badly packed.

I absolutely love this product just not shipping cost. I drive a truck and it helps me get through the night keeps me alert and gives me plenty of energy with no crash.

It gives you instant energy burst and doesn't crash afterwards. As a person who hate coffee and other sweet energy drinks, gfuel is my only option. Most flavours are flat our horrible and taste like cough syrup. I only like blue ice.

Being a energy drink company they make a good product, it has many flavors and most are good. The bad part is that even though they sell and reach their customers on the internet, their website is slow.
They should work a bit harder to make sure kids know that this is not the best product for them and should probably avoid it

I like their products but I don't like their service. The delivery wasn't fast. And the website is not comfortable at all.

You will have to wait for 2 weeks or more to get your order delivered and this is after you pay the shipping fee.
However teens are obsessed with the product. I am ready to make placebo product, not sure if they know the difference.

So I made first order and it was sent to UK for some reason (I live in Czech republic). After one month of waiting, the package is probably lost somewhere. The second order with totally same address, which I made two weeks after first one, was here pretty fast. I made another order but I'm afraid, that there's 50% chance that it will be lost again. Btw I love G-FUEL but I would be more than happy to got a refund for first order.

Gfuel is a great product, I have next to no complaints. Except for the fact that they nail you with shipping costs. If there was a way to cut down on shipping prices this product would be an easy 5/5

As an EU buyer, I experience a lot of trouble as soon as the package has left the United States regarding extra tax and longer delivery time

G fuel is an amazing product. But, sometimes their customer service can be so shaky. :( 8/10 total. Theyve always been supportive but lately its been a little harder for them to keep up and its frustrating.

This is the best drink i have ever had! Worth the money! I suggest it to everyone! Been a customer for 2 years!

Gfuels product is top tier, but I hate ordering from their website because of how slow they ship. They need to hire more people to fulfill orders. I would just order from amazon but I cant do that for the new flavors.

G-Fuel is very popular among the e-sports community for many reasons; Gfuel claims to give you endurance, energy and focus. G-Fuel can be bought in many flavours and many different shaker cups, each with a unique design. I bought 2 tubs of the G-Fuel energy formula and 2 shaker cups. I have bought the Pewdiepie's Lingonberry flavour and the Rainbow Sherbet flavour. They're almost empty now so I have been having it for quite some time now. As for energy, it does give you an unnoticeable amount of what they actually claim.
However, the powders are low in quality. G-Fuel uses a lot of artificial sweeteners and dye and a lot of filler ingredients. The filler ingredients cause to have a powdery texture when mixed with water which gives an almost unnoticeable amount of a bitter aftertaste. Another brand such as Gamersupps that also makes energy formula is better in quality because it is also zero sugar like G-Fuel and does not have filler ingredients. G-Fuel is expensive and only had 30 servings which are 30 scoops. Gamersupps come with 40 servings in a smaller scooper because of no unnecessary ingredients but has a better effect. This goes to show that G-Fuel is certainly tasty and accessible, but they are using manipulative marketing and using proprietary blends to trick people into buying their product.
The scariest part is the concept of "dusting" where they put a tiny bit of each ingredient into the product just so they can put it on the label even though there may be no effect at all.
All these products are not regulated by the FDA. Even if the label had said it had enough of the compound, there is no guarantee it actually does since it's not regulated. LabDoor is a site dedicated to actually testing supplements to see how close they come to the label and if there are any harmful compounds (these cheap supplements are made cheaply). Because the drinks aren't food, they cannot be regulated in the same way. Because of that, the door is wide open for shady business tactics and marketing, and a potentially dangerous product.

Well. I do like the formular very much. They taste great and they keep me awake and focused in the afternoon.

What I don't like is the fact that my precious shaker got leaky after I dropped it for the very first time. Not even from a very high height. Which puts the claim, on the bottom of the bottle, "SIMPLY THE BEST BOTTLES IN THE WORLD" to question.
What I also don't like is that I haven't got an answer from the support... after full 8 days!
And this seems to be a common problem.

The products are fantastic! Great taste, variety and good price. I am also very happy with the shaker. That said, I had bad experience with ordering. When I want to proceed to shipping, I have to use paypal or amazon. Otherwise the site will not continue with the transaction. First time I ordered the starter kit it came fine. Other two times the order got lost. Not sure why it got lost first time, but second time I was able to contact the delivery company and it was told to me they did not receive full shipping information and sent it back. Shipping is not the cheapest but I hope it won't happen again.

I like it, it taste good for the price and there is a large choice, but the shipping fee are ridiculous... more or less 1/3 of what you pay (if you leave outside US). They need to create a warehouse asap in EU...
