Within a minute of ordering, I cancelled the order. They still shipped it and told me I had to deny the shipment. I was also told I would only be getting the cost of the product back, not i cluding the shipping. When it was delivered, as most people know, the package was left at the door. I did not have the chance to decline the package. Rather than pay for the shipping again to return the product that was marketed to minors, I just kept it...very reluctantly.

Not only does it have a prop 65 warning and isn't FDA approved on it the taste is chalky and doesn't mix well with water aside from that horror the shipping and handling is so atrocious it took two whole weeks before I got my order and you PAY for that! That is unacceptable they don't take reviews on their actual site and say they'll give you a link to a review upon purchase THEY DON'T only the good ones from other sites and they advertise THAT instead lmao I will not buy from them again. Sketchy AF especially since customer service is very careful how they say things.

This product isn’t held to any standard in the USA only the facility cleanliness where the powder is mixed is the only part any regulating body in the USA looks at because it’s labeled as a Supplement not a Drink but aren’t we drinking this? That’s what I thought. Do you wanna drink something we don’t actually know what’s in it?

I ordered three times on my card and then another time on another card and every time it said it was cancelled and I was refunded the money BUT I WAS NEVER REFUNDED now I'm mad and they're boutta catch my $#*!

I bought GFeul Dec 13 and they didn't ship the item till today
Means it took them 7 days to just start the process so disappointing and irresponsible
I called costumer service and their only answer was « cancel the order »
Never shop again so disappointed

Great product, but terrible customer service. My product never arrived, and their customer service didn't even say "we're sorry." Forget a refund, they didn't even care. No sorry to hear that, sorry you think it didn't arrive, no sorry of any kind. Just, our records indicate it did so go follow-up with your postal service.

Ordered off Amazon instead of their website and had 0 problems. Would not recommend ordering from their website or trying any of their sales/deals. Just order from Amazon if you reliably want the product, because their customer service could care less.

Gfule refuses to post real 1 star reviews. It's clear they will pay for 1 star reviews elsewhere. I have made a 1 star review on their service with photos of their emails (since they "allow" photos to be uploaded) the review has never been posted….

Tip for consumers:
They don’t give full refunds, and only offer refunds when a product is sent back to their facility (through sending the delivery company a recall) then claim they can’t just send the product back out and can not honor the deal it was initially saw that…. I have the tracking number…. I can literally see you guys recalled the item to get rid of the 100+$ discount i had from the buy 1 get 1 free deal…. Scum behavior, lost my business.

They tell me I'm tier 1 then don't ship my product after 2 weeks. No response to my email, and this seems to be a trend according to the comment section on Instagram that they are ghosting customers after purchase. Really sad!

Absolutely awful customer service. My package stopped receiving updates 42 days after arriving in my country - contacted support asking where it was, they said they didn't know 'but it's still marked as shipping'. Finally after 51 DAYS after purchasing, I asked for a refund and got no response from GFuel Customer Service. Attempted to tweet them and the CEO and got ignored there too.

It is sad for a reputable company to have such terrible customer service in the face of an issue. When everything goes smoothly, GFuel is good. But the minute there's an issue, expect 0 assistance from their support time.

Why am I paying for shipping if it's 7 plus business days to deliver. With how much they charge for this $#*! why is there even a separate shipping fee. If I'm paying that much for shipping it should be 3-5 business days at most not 7-10.

Pretty disappointed.

I know it's going to taste good but holy $#*! their shipping infrastructure is non-existent.

G Fuel was an awful experience from start to finish. The product I ordered (Naruto Miso Ramen Collector's Box) was absolutely disgusting. It was advertised as having a Ramen flavoring but when I tasted it, it tasted like a mouthful of dirty salt. I looked up other opinions online and the majority of people said the same thing. I had some people say this was an April Fools prank by the company, which if this is the case, then that is very upsetting. It was an expensive prank at the cost of the customer and when I tried to speak with customer support they never hinted at the product being a prank. They just verified again and again that it was designed to taste like ramen, and kept insisting that they made it taste like ramen.

I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do that because the product was already opened. While I understand, this is still very upsetting. They have several customers who found their product to taste absolutely vile and yet they refuse to offer a refund for it. I've been trying to leave reviews on this particular product for over two (2) months and G Fuel has blatantly ignored any attempt I've made to contact them. They stopped responding to my emails and my money is just gone.

I was really excited to try this ramen flavor energy powder, but if it is a prank then that's false advertising and shouldn't be allowed. The company is tricking its customers into buying a product only to give them what ends up being complete trash. Where is the humor in this? It's a disturbing business model and the fact that the company has refused to respond any longer only makes matters worse.

Disgustingly vile product, horrible customer service, and an overall poor excuse for a company and a business.

Go buy your s*** on Amazon. These people. Just lose their your order and you can't get ahold of them. They won't get ahold of you they don't answer their phone. It's been three weeks I still haven't got my stuff or got a hold of them

I have been trying for the past three days through phone and email to get in touch with customer service to cancel an order with no success. Why is this not simply a feature of the website or app? Why does no one pick up their phone or return emails at this business?

Terrible service - twice we have ordered Gfuel and it hasn't been delivered. First time they refunded us fully, but second time they charged us for the delivery (which isn't cheap to Asia). There was no attempted delivery note or email. They said it was their "policy" to keep the delivery cost and that we should have kept checking the tracking link ourselves over the 3 month period (?). Very poor company ethics - not a good sign for the rest of their operation.

I've been ordering gfuel for over a year and never had any issues. I made an order a week ago and still haven't gotten and email about my order, shipping details or any updates on my order. I understand you guys are busy on the BOGO sales and this time of the year, that being said I have no issue with my order being late, but I can't even get a email back? You guys won't answer customer service, I'm paying $10 for shipping which is a large amount compared to any other company and this is the service I get in return. Honestly I'm just disappointed.

This product is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My son who is 21 was drinking this stuff and no matter what he did or what he ate he kept losing and losing and losing weight to the point where he looked anorexic. You could see his ribs you could see his shoulder blades his cheeks were starting to sink in to the point to where I was about to take him to the Dr and get checked out to figure out why he losing all this weight. He was up a little over 130 and in less then a month he was at 120. My dad suggested it was the stuff he was drinking (the g fuel) so I made him promise me that he would stop drinking it for a month to see if he would put on weight or if it is something medically wrong with him. He stopped drinking it and guess what in a couple weeks of him stopping drinking G fuel he's put on 10 lbs. This crap was killing my son and I would NEVER EVER suggest this product to anyone and in fact I wish they would pull it from the shelves so nobody else has to go through what a worried mom went through.

The site is poorly optimized. They make their links very obscure as to keep customers from a discount. They just introduced a point system to help get discounts, but it does not allow you to apply the discounts and when you do attempt to apply the discount, it takes away the points and does not give you the discount.

Can I give 0 stars? Ordered it, delivery date was sent, 2 week difference from when it actually was "delivered". Product never showed up, G fuel wasn't much help, did my dudiligence with the delivery company, contacted G fuel again, again they do nothing except wanting me to keep doing things for them, some help would be nice. Never had a company this unhelpful with dealing with something like this.

I'm never buying again, until there is some kind of repercussions of Keemstar. For Keemstar to DOX, Make a mockery of Mental illness, and profit off suicide. While being sponsored by GFUEL. I will never buy another gfuel product again.

I want to start off by saying I truly enjoy GFuel as a product... but as a company they are the biggest joke. This is a classic case of OVER SELL and UNDER DELIVER, and thats a understatement. They claim to pride themselves on their customer service quality... yeah, right. What customer service and what quality? This these people have neither. I placed an order with them on 4/13/2020 at time of placing the order which they happily accept your money, the website says "orders are filled within 7 days of placing your order, in some rare cases such as large sales or lack of supply it may take up to 10 business days. UNLESS you pay for expedited shipping then they process your order NEXT BUSINESS DAY" while compared to real companies this is slow, I thought "thats fine I guess the product is good." Keep in mind this is a scam in and of its self basically if you pay $100+ for your order and dont want to pay another $100 for next day air, dont expect your product... ever as you will always be place at the back of the line... $#*!ty way of doing business! Anyways back to my order. I receive an email right away thanking me for my money and reminding me of what i asked for. In this email it now states "due to COVID-19 we are taking the full 10 business days to fill orders." Again, ok I understand things are harder now for the fearful. So on the 11th business day to no order fulfillment I call the company. First call: "yeah, I 'd like to check on the status of an order." lady on the other end of the phone with a very annoyed tone says "due to COVID we are taking the full 10 BUSINESS days to fill orders." and hangs up... im like WTF, again im a patient person and maybe they get a lot of calls and it just gets old, is what it is. Anyways on the 12th day with no Shipping confirmation from Gamma Labs, again I call. Second call goes better she at least asks me for my order number and while pulling it up proceeds to tell me about the 10 business days. Also a little annoyed at this point I says "its been 12 business days." theres a pause as she verifies this information. "yes, I see it has been 12 business days we are hoping to get these orders filled this afternoon." no apology for the overly obsurb wait times. But, none the less I say alright and wait another day... Again no shipping confirmation and the website still just says "order confirmed"... So again I call, and hear all the same bull$#*! up to this point about 10 days... This is getting old, I tell the lady im gonna stop you. I placed this order 14 business days ago so we are almost double that time. "Well, we can refund you your shipping costs or we can cancel your order." again no sorry we are potatoes here and dont know how to process orders passed taking your money, nothing. I tell her I really enjoy the product I just would like my order. She refunds my shipping costs and tells me they will get the order out that day. The next day I leave out of state on work for 4 days... no shipping confirmation... weird its almost as if they do not care once they have your money. Meanwhile they post DAILY and email WEEKLY to promote this product and offer sales or advertise new flavors, cups, apparel, what have you. That is literally a slap in the face to me that they are still doing their best to take more of peoples money but wont ship any of their already paid for orders... so day 20 with no order confirmation I email the company telling them if they spent half the time they do pushing this product on everyone, filling the orders they already have there probably wouldnt be so many negative reviews online... what do you know, that night I get a shipping confirmation... weird. No response to my email, but whatever at least my product shipped... OR SO I THOUGHT, they only created a shipping label for my order, it has not actually been received by the shipping company... WTF is this bull$#*!? THREE BUSINESS days later DHL FINALLY receives my package! So Gamma Labs 10 days was really only ONE FULL MONTH LATER. Today is 5/15 and I STILL have not gotten my order. My package also has not moved in 2 business days. Tomorrow is saturday so it will probably sit for the weekend even though my delivery is scheduled for today... I DREAD having to call this company now for ANYTHING and as much as I like GFuel this will honestly be my last order until they can come to reality on how to run a business. Hopefully this nightmare of a review helps save someone else from the bull$#*! this company will put you through and just dont spend your money here.
