Scam operation. Finally got through to a "customer service" representative who informed me I haven't received a notification that my order was back-ordered two months because it takes 30 days for them to notify me via US Mail. Order cancelled, still going to back charge with my credit card company since I don't trust the agent I spoke with. Never again.

This is a scam, you cannot get the refund or someone to talk to. - It is impossible to get the refund promised or a human being to talk to you on the phone.
