BEWARE OF UNBELIEVABLE SHIPPING CHARGES - Went on this website to order the smooth away product. There was an offer for an additional 3 months supply of the pads. I was unaware that there was an additional shipping charge of $11.99 and $6.99 for the additional pads (there was already a $6.99 charge for the original order). This is a total shipping charge of $25.97 verified by their customer service rep. These pads couldn't weigh 16 ounces! When I called to cancel, I was told that they DO NOT refund shipping charges. WHAT A RIP OFF.
