This website only has good reviews because the technicians tell you to write one when they are "helping" you. The software had false advertisement! DON'T BUY

Purchased the software, could not redeem the code because it was for another country/ region error! (which I think is a set up for them to hack your computer and "help" you install it & if you noticed everyone in the reviews say they couldn't install it on their own) They never answered the UK customer service line. After reaching to them through chat I had their technician pretty much hack my computer so he could install the software (which is not safe) after it was installed and her was finished he told me to write him a good review. I noticed it was missing toolbars and I reached back AGAIN and asked them to fix it or I wanted a refund. After he saw the software was missing toolbars and was pretty much useless he not told me it was not refundable. I can't use the software at all without the toolbars. This pretty much wasted not only my money but also my time and I disputed the charge. This is a scam, I'm very disappointed.

I paid for Office 2010 Home student download version.

I was emailed a product key that is INVALID at Microsoft.com.

They replied to my first two emails with delaying tactics - and then total silence.

They do not answer the UK phone support line *******538.

This is a pop-up scam.

By the time Amazon and Trading Standards act they will be gone.

Make sure they dont have your money.

I bought my Office 2016 product key back in October 2016 and few months late my office stopped working. I consulted Microsoft Support and they said that the Key they sent me should not be sold (it's a developer key) and therefore it was blocked by them.
I contacted the getmsoffice.com few times, explained the problem, but they don't give a hand to solve the problem, neither offer a refund.

I have been looking for MS Office online and lured by very cheap prices. I have realised there are a lot of scams out there and this looks like another.

Look at the positive reviews. Why so many animals and fruit - they are not real and neither are the reviews - except the negative ones from people who have been scammed.

Don't be another to buy an illegal key and lose money.

Bought MS Office, download etc was reasonable (about 24 hours to access the key code) but the found that the version of Office I had bought would not be updated by Microsoft anymore. Double-checked the getmsoffice site to see if this was noted anywhere and I had missed it but it wasnt noted. Many emails sent to getmsoffice but basically said tough because I had already used the key code and then they stopped responding. Will have to take up the matter with my bank. No problems. About £40. Not the end of the world for me but at least I can play some games with getmsoffice and see who wins in the long term. Wish them luck!

Still in the middle of dealing with this company - but service is awful and they sent the wrong product under the guise of a "free upgrade".

I'm guessing that I'll be another review where it takes two weeks to get the refund. The phone line doesn't work and the "chat" assistant has stopped replying to my questions.

This is a total scam.

My company purchased a Windows Pro 10 license yesterday. The key issued was incorrect. After numerous conversations the service centre has now just gone cold on me and is no longer responding.

What is not made clear is that if you upgrade your PC or have a problem, you cannot switch the software over. So having had a very expensive piece of software for 2 weeks and then upgraded my PC i was stunned to find out that I am not able to transfer it over. All other software I have ever bought allows you a sinlge user licence that you can transfer under genuine circumstances. This is just a scam.

I wonder who is posting all the positive reviews? Don't believe them. This company stole £50.00 from me. The moral of the tale is if an offer looks too good to be true it probably is.

This website is a scam, the positive reviews are clearly all fake. Purchased this as seemed legitimate and was the first link to appear on google. Clearly a scam - link didn't come through as stated, so I began to do a little research. The company address is fake, contact number outsourced. Received a phone call from them asking to confirm details prior to sending out the product key - no legitimate company would do this, asking for my name, address - I put the phone down before getting to the final questions. Had to contact the bank and get my card cancelled due to fraudulent concerns. Please avoid falling victim to these scammers!

They keep sending the same link that doesnt work claiming that it does however when you try it the connection is not private meaning that hackers are able to get to you a lot easier dont trust them no matter how appealing the site may be.

Took weeks to get a refund. Key not delivered correctly and it was impossible to access my account. Just a ton of lies and crap spelling.

I needed a key for Office Home and Business 2013, purchased it from this website, they sent me a confirmation email which had no key, i then spent an hour on live chat where a person called Melvin apologised as their systems were broken. He then manually sent me a key which when i tried on the office setup site it said:

Sorry we cant find this product key in our database.

Then the company would not refund me saying they need proof the key is not working. Quite frankly this is something they should have checked and verified before sending me the key and asking for payment. I spent then next 6 hours trying to get a refund which still hasnt arrived.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - FRAUDULENT.
