I have used GetHuman since it came out. It's simply a cheat code to get to a person and avoid all the automated uselessness. For example I was sitting with a social worker. We were reviewing paperwork and needed to talk to the I.R.S. She said it could take awhile to get through and was a major pain. (Nothing against the I.R.S. They do have a country of customers after all.) We ended up getting lost in the automated questions. I said lets try a site I know. Told her about GetHuman. Within 15 minutes following the instructions got ahold a agent and were DONE. She was Flabbergasted. Now she and her coworkers use it regularly. So I suggest you go GetHuman.
I was trying to reserve a flight with them, You have to share all your security information before they give you an answer.
Aside from GetHuman being super easy to use and costing me nothing but free time, the service rep for Comcast who received my call was sure it was a random prank/robo call. She almost hung up, but was curious enough to see it through. Once I answered after GetHuman called me back, she was blown away for about 5 minutes before we could even talk about why I called. It was hilarious. She asked for the website and kept repeating it to make sure she did not forget it and also said she would use it from now on. GetHuman kept me updated on where they were in the process of getting me a rep to speak with! They also sent me text messages when they called back and I missed it, or if they ran into technical difficulties (that they went through for me and I didn't have to deal with the headache!). They're legit. Thanks GetHuman!

Be patient, and add as much info that they can use to navigate the robots for you.

Not bad. I've got a callback that I was waiting for a long time. When I say "for a long time" I mean it. I was trying to call one company for two weeks and I had no luck. It took GetHuman a day to get a person for me. Thanks for the service, it was useful.
Although ultimately, I did not use any suggestions from GetHuman in dealing with my Epicurious.com issue, I was impressed with how they did make an effort. If I had another issue, technical or otherwise, in the future, I would definitely consider posing a question to GetHuman.
As for Epicurious.com, I would not hold my breath waiting for any Customer Service from this outfit. Figure out a work around, and move on. I have nothing good to say about them. If you like their recipes, search them for free, and copy them onto your computer. If you're tired of their emails, block them by training your mail client to put them directly into your Junk Mail box. If you find a better answer, for goodness sake let the rest of us in on it!
I feel as though customer service is really important to me. Over time it has dwindled tremendously. Its not just this restaurant alone a few others have this problem as well. These younger adults lack social skills as well as manners. Some of their parents think that the school system should teach them everything but honestly it takes a village to raise a child. They need to pay attention to what their children are exposed to and be more active in how their lives are structured.
Though GH did not actually give me the answer to my problem, I found them reassuring that was some sort of help out there, on the "outside" wall of FB structure. Thanks.
Found a walnut shell in the brownie. I bit into the brownie and discovered a sharp piece of walnut shell in the brownie.
Emailed gethuman and within a few hours we were transferred happy out same owner of 2 hotels so made it easier
Very helpful after we finally got through to help desk. Website very hard to navigate, after all we are only trying to rent a property for three nights, not launch a space shuttle. Please make it easier to navigate.

Thank you for your help. It; s nice you help customers with there problems. Sometimes customers don't know where to start or who to contact. Mine was easy it only took a couple days. And Thred UP was very helpful and generous. I will order from them again.
Not sure if it was my constant e-mails and messages to UPS or when I got in touch with GetHuman. Whoever finally got UPS to do their job - thank you. This was the first time I have used GetHuman and will do so again if I have a problem with these huge companies.
It took a while to get a reply so I was worried that it was a scam at first.
But in the end they did fix my problem.
I was having trouble with setting up subdomains on my godaddy hosting and I couldn't reach Godaddy customer support.
I didn't know Groupon no longer did telephone customer service. This helped a lot with the first issue. Highly recommended.
On installing the fridge freezer we got concerned about the warmth of the outside walls. Contacted Customer care and were told it is quite normal and to wait 24hrs fothe freezer to settle down. They explained the unit was working towards optimum temperature. This should be explained in the manufacturer instructions
It gave me confidence to have people watching. Although I got my money back, that was not what I wanted. I had waited over 7 weeks to get my seeds. The sites where I ordered them did not even reply.
My warning to others, Do not order from either of the sites below.

At first when I put the 3 reviews on the Uber eats app I felt like that wasn't going to work because I was expecting news about my problem with the delivery and stuff but as soon as I left my review on GetHuman I got an email quick and got the problem solved so I'm glad and thankful!
The help line was very pleasant and efficient in getting me reconnected to both my Canada Post account and my e-Post account after I had received messages saying that both my e-mail address and password were invalid even though I have been using the same accounts for years.
Not at all sure of the connection between GetHuman and TopHatter, but, if it helps, then by all means use it
Package very heavy but arrived safely, seemed a long time in delivery as it was only coming from Northern France and tracking after it left Mondials service station was not possible. For some reason.

I was frustrated at not being able to complete the purchase in the shopping cart at ebay as it refused my order due to it stating no international sales were done, despite me having contacted the vendor and her agreeing to sell to me in Europe. Ebay has no telephone number to contact in Europe, only UK, no chat and does not permit contact outside the website, no telephone numbers or email is permitted so one can solve the problem between customer and seller. I finally wrote and asked the seller to change her settings on ebay to allow international postage for my purchasse and then the shopping cart worked. If it hadn´t worked then GetHuman would have gone in and contacted ebay about the issue, I hope.
I found out the hard way that if you do know use your Pizza Hut reward points in six months, you loose the points without a warning, Pizza Huts customer service was helpful, however the reward people were not. Their solution to the issue was to drop out of the program and stop receiving offers from Pizza Hut... ken...
I have major complaints (billing) with a rural electric company as well as Time Warner. BOTH have over billed me hugely! Fortunately I had an alternative to Time Warner, but the Electric Company is the ONLY one available (again over billing ans refuse explanation.) Even though I got ride of Time-Warner, I do NOT have complete or accurate billing statements. I went to the office of the Vice-President and still could not get the problem solved. Any assistnce would be great!
