If I had to do this over I wouldn't use them. The communication is terrible. Trying to get a hold of anyone is close to impossible. Also when you do get someone they are extremely rude. I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this. So if you need help and support through the process and the ability to talk to someone whether on the phone or email, don't use this company. Ha! Also, to verify this review it asks for a proof of purchase…like I could get that from the company!
Paid all the money and extras and did review before authorizing and they had said it would be shipped. Has been almost 4 months and zero response besides once for me to get a hold of the mail room wich never responded either. So over 500 dollars unaccounted for now on top of all the other issues with trying to get divorced

I got the papers in the mail but it was missing one page on my child. Tried and tried to get the one page. Never got it. Then I got a message that my registration had expired. The whole stack of papers is useless without the one. Cannot even log in to ask for a refund and now nobody will answer my emails. Wasted $166.
Shame on me for not doing my homework before I paid them to fill in the necessary papers to file for divorce on my own. All of the papers they "provide" were readily available online for FREE through my county's website. Then they made me wait 2 weeks to receive them - at my county's website I could have had them immediately! So I paid $130 to wait for 2 weeks. Money wasted.
Everything went smoothly at first, they're responsive to questions though their case agents are kind of non-communicative. Got my papers however please note that they are actually secretly a subscription service. They will attempt to charge you 50$ a month :O they also will attempt to charge you $187 if you want to cancel. This is NOT made clear before hand. Also note that reviews are asked before you finish the process (I. E. before You're even aware of the hidden side. This is artfully done. Notice the amount of reviews that say, "so far".) also when receiving papers from the company they were completely out of order and took me a long time to sort out. Be careful
I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. There are hidden fees which are contrary to their advertisement. The advertisement states that you get you divorce papers in about an hour and that is not true unless you are married to the air. There is a $79 fee for rush processing and even that is a 24hr service not 1hr. Don't call customer service because unless you are calling to use their service you won't get an answer.
