I have always had a cuckoo clock in my life.When my last clock cuckooed it's last I was heartbroken. The service and choices at Bavarian Clockworks are excellent.

Do NOT deal with this etailer! Or its parent Mercantila for that matter. I purchased an item for over $700.00, was charged immediately on 11/9/12, and was told I would receive the item no later than 12/3/12. First, reputable etailers do not charge your credit card until they ship. Second, it is now 12/30/12 and I have not received the item nor a credit. Mercantila, aka Zoostores.com, reps acknowledged weeks ago that the shipment was lost, and promised by e-mail that the billing department would issue a credit. That was 2 weeks ago, and still no credit. I will now have to dispute through my credit card company. Horrible communication, e-mail replies are painfully slow and produce no action. I don't know what type of confused conglomerate is behind these websites, but I highly advise steering clear!

We love the 3 clocks we finally got - they are exactly as shown in the shop's pictures. However, getting them delivered after I ordered them was extremely difficult. The chat feature on their website is not monitored. They also do not monitor emails. They sometimes answer the phone. They told me weeks ago that they'd turn the chat feature off, but never did. I placed my ordered on 5-3 and received it 6-11, and only after I called and emailed many many times. I even found a personal email address for the owner and sent him a message! (He didn't respond.) My order was apparently in the warehouse but no one had shipped it. Julian is the person who answers the phone - nice guy, sounds sincere but it's hard to believe what he says. These would be a great gift - and it was the only thing that suited our needs after looking at many other clocks - but I'm unlikely to buy from them again. Too much stress and no confidence that they will actually deliver. I just hope the clocks work for a long time!

I ordered an alarm clock on 5/30/16 using my credit card. It has not arrived. I sent a letter to: jmj supply llc, 8532 terminal rd. Ste e, lorton, va *******. They did not respond. Their tel. #*******891 is not in service.

Ordered clock. They charged my credit card two (2) times! Absolutely no communication from them. Just took money (twice) and sent nothing. Sent numerous emails with no response. No other way to contact them. Credit card company has a google number but no answer on that either.
This is a complete total scam. Surprised their website hasn't been shut down.

Do not use this company! I placed an order for a clock on 21. 3. 11. I then started to get their emails about estimated time of arrival to them. Every day I checked, the date moved one day forward. Like the carrot and the donkey. Tomorrow I will talk to my credit card company, as my request for a refund has been ignored. Should this not get me a refund, I will visit their premises in Southend which is not far from my work and see if they will ignore me? Definately a candidate for tv's Rogue traders.

I paid for a clock they listed on they website, it said 3-5 days shipping, but they never ship out, they said will call back or email tracking number, but no return calls, no email back, DON'T BUY from this guy, He said his name James, I am file a dispute.

Advertised as life like and moving.
Absolutley not! Shepherd dog was a 2 inch Plastic dog figure.
Beware I was ripped off. Nothing like the advertisement.
