Everything was fine, ordering, having it shipped, receiving. Unfortunately, the part was not the right part for my computer, not their fault, and the return was equally easy through their support. Overall, I would shop with them again as they made the whole process easy and stressless.
Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics. Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.
Ordered part. No further information until delivered, about 10 days to receive part from order date. I can't go that long with a residential appliance not working. I will consider other vendors going forward.
I was let down when my order, promised for next-day delivery, didn't arrive on time. This was frustrating, especially after looking forward to it. When I called, the service rep was rude and said delivery dates aren't guaranteed. This was really disappointing, as we'll now be without a working refrigerator for another day. I hope this feedback helps them do better with delivery estimates for others.

We ordered another part from you guys a week or so ago. We were told 2 day shipping and it should arrive by Friday. We got an update email saying that it will now arrive on Saturday. We didn't receive it until Tuesday evening. We bought this part, even thought it was more expensive because of the 2 day estimate. We are doing it again and hoping for a better result.
Delivery received timely but box was smashed and ordered item was broken. I contacted your company and after following photo requirements for damage proof you are sending me a replacement. I have not received replacement yet.
I received the wrong gaskets. They say they are the correct gaskets, but they don't fit my doors, and the make n model of my fridge is verified correct.

Bought online, was supposedly shipped on Friday Afternoon, had an email confirming shipping from Genuine on Friday afternoon with planned delivery on Monday 12/26. Fed Ex didn't receive item until Tuesday 12/27. According to *******@genuineparts.com, when they checked the warehouse, it was confirmed to be shipped by warehouse personnel on Monday, yet Fed ex didn't receive from GRP until after 5 PM on Tuesday PM. Genuine blamed weather for the delay in getting it to me Lawrenceville GA- Cornelia, GA! Go figure!

I just ordered, so I really can't evaluate the most important aspects of my shopping experience yet.
The Firefox browser did not work to complete the order. I had to switch to the Chrome browser. If you are going to use non-standard web pages in the order you need to warn customers up front that Firefox will not work, before they enter all their information. If I didn't know this was likely the problem when the order stalled out I likely would have become frustrated and shopped somewhere else!
I tried to buy this item the first time but the site ended up having me order a screw which I never clicked on nor saw.
I am not sure I bought the correct product since no dimensions were provided. I had to guess. Not a good way to decide on a needed product.
Ordered a water line for a LG fridge. Right OD, wrong length, by 2". Customer service rep angie wants to argue with me about it. Your website needs to include dimensions. I might use them in the future. You have been warned.

Received my part but it did not fit. I returned it the next day. Customer support gave me return instructions. Was disappointed to see the return postage was $37 and the part only cost $53 and $7 shipping. I would have thought return fees would be borne by GRP. I have not received my refund yet but I don't think my return has been received yet. When all the dust settles I'll be out $43 dollars. I am sorry I did not buy this part on Amazon who also had it because the return is free.
The first order I tried to amend and delete an item and add the one I just ordered. I tired calling and chat and was referred to email the company. I am sure they are busy but the order was never amended and had to place an other order to get the part I needed. Overall, Not dissatisfied. Just would have liked to not pay for shipping again.
The reservoir tubing was a perfect fit; however, the kit came with (1) 5/16" OD connector, (2) 1/4" OD connectors, and (1) 1/4" x 5/16" connector. The reservoir tubing is 5/16" OD so I needed (2) of this size connector, one for inlet and one for the outlet. I can't connect the reservoir with just one 5/16" connector. The one 5/16" OD connector that I did receive was missing an interior part (compression ring).

After several message exchanges your rep gave me links to order the two Frigidaire door bins I need. However, when I Googled the #49 one that she suggested for $69.89 (which I thought exhorbinant for refrigerator door bin) I found it on your own website for $30.89, a $39 price differential I would have paid if I had not check. Needles to say I am not pleased.
I was shipped the wrong part, and when I went back into the website, it appears that the part that I ordered is no longer in stock so I suspect I was shipped a part that was available but similar.
I would like a mailing label to return this unusable part. The pipe was never installed and is still in its original packing.
When ordering the site stated I was paying for 2 day shipping. After 5 days I contacted the company to see what had happened. They didn't know and reached out to the warehouse. Though I paid close to $9 for shipping it took a week to get my part. Which was 5 days after the order cleared my bank.
I ordered a part based on the description on the web site, however, the part did not match the description and I need to return it. The return process is cumbersome, so I am less than satisfied. Also, besides having a more accurate description, additional image views (like ones with a grid and dimensions) of the item could have eliminated the mistake. Thanks
Despite the fact that the parts were mirror images of each other (right and left side versions) they were different prices. My order was split without prior notification, so I had to inquire about the situation. The second shipment arrived several days after the first. Although these were standard items for several different brands made by one manufacturer, they were each labeled for different specific brands in the online catalog. Part numbers on the packaging did not match those on the invoice, but once both arrived, they appear to be correct for my application. So the trip wasn't much fun, but we arrived at the destination.
Online ordering was fast and easy. The part I ordered does not seem to be working properly. It is a timer for a Whirlpool washing machine. I had replaced that same part 7 years ago and it worked fine until now, so I ordered the exact same part number from you. The one you sent, same part number, is not working like it should. The machine goes into a rinse for a brief time then stops for at least 5 minutes before doing the same thing again, over and over, like it's stuck in that setting. I've given up fooling with it and ordered a new washer.
I sent 2 emails and called regarding shipping. I needed this overnighted (by next Tuesd or Wed at latest), but you don't offer than option. And by the time I got off hold after 20 minutes, at 3:28pm, it was already too late to ship it normal ground the same day (Friday.) Further, you don't carry one of the parts I needed (slide-out shelf for Whirlpool fridge).

They've got the parts, that's a good thing, but they put extra money in their pockets by suckering you into paying for next day delivery but shipping UPS ground.
