I had four crowns put in about 1 year ago. I was coerced into paying $1,500.00 dollars while I was sitting in the dental chair with one tooth already drilled and I was waiting for the crown to be installed. The nurse told me that I owed money. I had no choice to pay. Then the billing department decided to bill me $160.00 dollars, after I had my crown adjusted because I was not able to eat and my tooth was throbbing. I was told that there would be no charge. Liars! In addition, I still have problems flossing and eating as the same tooth is still giving me problems. I dare not go back to Gentle Dental because I don't want them to try to put a lien on my car and my house. I would advise anyone not to go there for any type of dental treatment.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could for their dishonesty alone. I was suppose to get a price adjustment and be refunded. I made a complaint to the BBB but this is Not BBB accredited business. They never answered the complaint.they kept telling me they will call me back never called me back.when I called them they gave me a false name so when I called back they said no one by that name works here. Not to mention when my daughter was waiting in the waiting room the staff at the front desk was talking bad about patients which made her feel very uncomfortable and she was shocked how mean spirited they were. As I said a very dishonest business maybe that why they are not an accredited business with the BBB.
I went to gentle dental a filling cake out, the dentist never asked if it was a filling or a chip, he just said you need a crown, I'm like it's a filing that came out with no tooth decay (I have dentistry mirrors) and had a family member look for Decay... a filing would have coast me 200 / without insurance... the crown coats me 1,800 / no insurance... I feel that I was talked into getting a crown instead of a filing, that filing lasted me 19 years before it came out, I feel like it would have lasted another 19 years with a new filing! They seem to just want your money / not asking the patient what happened and what they would like to do... I will never go back
