As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. I had blacked an item not available due to being out of stock. I set notifications to alert me when back in stock. I had placed the item in my cart so when I got notified when available I could scoop it up. Sure enough, notification, paid and will be here on Feb 7th 2024. From wanting the item and paying for it is was roughly a month. Extreme Terrain made it easy to bring back awesome products.

Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. However the website and delivery process was easy and the part arrived ahead of schedule. I will most likely order again.

Second time using this online tire shop and their nationwide network of affiliated installation shops. Second time to enjoy a no fuss purchase experience, quick delivery and professional, good value service from the local installation shop. This time they shaved the one tire I needed to match the tread depth of the existing tire on the same AWD axle. That cost $30 and saved me $$$ NOT buying a second tire. Great company.

I needed tires for my equipment trailer. Stumbled upon Priority tires website! Found what I wanted/needed! Tire information was easy to find and description was clear! Tires were prices well and free shipping was an added bonus! I got several emails along the way threw the order/shipping process so I know what's was going on with my order! Great experience, I'll be back when I need tires again!

Lucky find! Needed spark plugs for my 1927 John Deere D tractor. These plugs are easier to find in the USA, but in Canada they are a lot more "fewer and farther between," so I was surprised to see them in stock. Next, the price was great compared to the prices from the US retailers. I don't have it down to exact dollar and cents but I would estimate I saved around $50 with NOT having to worry about exchanges/duties etc. They were shipped really quick too (I ordered late Sunday, Monday was a holiday and I still received them on Wednesday).

CSR was very helpful, answered all questions and helped me navigate purchase as I wanted to split my payment between 2 credit cards.
After reviewing running boards for a couple weeks back in November, I finally chose Ionic 41 boards for both price and what appeared to be quality. When I decided to order I found out they were out of stock. I have repeatedly checked weekly hoping to purchase but still not in stock. Finally decided on the Steelcraft Boards but now costing me about $70 more. Not all your issue but made for a frustrating experience.
