Generac generators: simply the worst

My name is Tom Boone, and I live on the gulf coast of Mississippi. A year ago, I bought a brand new Generac generator that was defective out of the box.
I alerted the Generac customer service manager, Rob Preuss, and since then Rob has told myself and my authorized Generac dealer nothing but lies in trying to get my defective new generator repaired or, hopefully, replaced.
I have found out all that I need to know about Generac and how they stand behind their products when all four of the Generac authorized repair companies told me, in essence, the exact same thing. And that is that Generac has major quality problems that they know about, but refuse to address.
On top of that, they have all told me that Generac - most especially Rob Preuss - are arrogant and deceitful people that just simply do not care about their customers, because they don't count on repeat business.
And then I heard ALL of these authorized Generac dealers say something that I couldn't believe. And that is that they are now recommending to their customers that they buy ANYTHING BUT Generac.
I truly could not quantify to you how many lies that Rob told us, in the middle of hurricane season, in my efforts to merely get what I had paid $10,000 for. He simply just did not care about my desperation. This guy truly must have no shame, heart or soul.
I am going to shout it from as many mountain-tops as I can find in one man's effort to save as many people as I can from having to be subjected to the cruel awfulness that Rob and his company put me through in their efforts to run away from me and strand me with the $10,000 Generac boat anchor that they sold to me.
Just my opinion, but I think these people belong in jail - and based on the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of reviews that I have read all over the internet - lots and lots of consumers that have been royally screwed by Generac feel precisely the way that I feel.
I hate to say this, but based on how incredibly - and knowingly - awful they treated me with intent, I hope that these crooks go bankrupt and end up in front of a jury. It would be the sweetest kind of justice for me, and clearly lots of other duped and royally screwed Generac customers by Rob Preuss and his band of thieves feel the exact same way that I do.
