Okay if your code is simple
October 1, 2018

I will say this first. Their services are legitimate. This is the person and last time I will use them, but they keep their promise of writing the code upon receiving first payment. That's one of the biggest worries for online users on sites like this, but I can assure you payments are secure (I used paypal) and they do deliver. If you need programming help, these guys can help.

With that said...
1) They do not have alternative method of contact. I don't mean different versions like Facebook, email, etc... I mean you do not have any different contact to Customer service, the programmer, complaints or disputes, etc... They are all in one email: *******@geekprogramming.com. That's it. I tried to dispute and get a refund, but realize after emailing, that it was the same address that I've been having interactions with. So there is no way of knowing if you're talking to customer service or the coder.

2) If you're in a basic programming class or in a more but still simple data structure and algorithm class, I'm sure these guys can do it. I am a combat veteran that is going back to school in his late 20's and have no problem with these. However, in this class we had to code up in whatever language we chose the simulation for assembly code. This was very difficult, but I was short on time due to other projects that took priority. That's when I contacted these folks. They accepted the challenge, and off they went. Originally they were given 2 days, but this coder did not follow a simple instruction. I told the coder specifically what the professor wanted. Gave the coder until the deadline of late submission. The coder had 6+ days to work on this, and had not given me another bit of code since the first one he/she sent. What were you doing for the last 3 days? In the last few hours, the coder said he/she will get back to me with running instructions. Every way I ran the code either gave me wrong output or was specified not to do it that way (file read-in). The coder did not respond until after midnight, even after I sent multiple emails during those 3 hours. His/her excuse? "it is early and i'm not with my PC"

3) Yeah whatever, I didn't submit a code and received a zero. I was not going to use crap code and only get partial refund because I still used it. They charge $190 for 2 days of work, but due to the difficulty I reluctantly agreed. After 5 days, with an incomplete code, and a no submission grade, I asked for a refund. Then this person just went sour. Professionalism went out the door, calling me dude, man, out of my mind, etc. This is where problem (1) comes in. I tried to file a dispute... but what do you know, exact same email address as the person I'm already speaking with. They also put a disclaimer not to contact Paypal or they will not refund you your money. THIS IS FALSE. Given a certain time, paypal still holds your money before finalalizing transaction to them. If you ever used eBay as seller, you know that funds do not officially release to use until a week or two after sale. I believe this is a scare tactic, because PayPal customer rep told me they supercede Geeksprogramming.

So words of advise, if you have a simple code... Sure go for it given the right price. Anything more, they will fail. Even worse, they will fight even harder to refuse refund than they did working on the code. I understand they worked hard on my code, but this is business. If you promise one thing, but do not deliver, you lose money and a customer. This coder even told me "not all instructions will run" and replaced those sections with a print statement "Not ready"... seriously? A perfect code was promised. Be careful with these guys. GET PAYPAL INVOLVED if you have problems.
