Sizes are not true! Won't give refund on intimate apparel and iit wasn't even worn. I couldn't even try it on because I could tell by looking at it that it was way too small. I will never order from them again! Very unhappy! Don't order clothes or body shapers! Also not too mention I emailed them and never got a response when asking where my item was a month after ordering and there tracking information doesn't work on the link! They suck!

Don't do it! Ordered nov 30 and still haven't received anything! And when I keep
Emailing them to refund my money because I have not received anything I keep getting the run around! I will be calling visa fraud tomorrow! I've had enough of this garbage lies! Gearzapper are total fraudsters!
Almost 4 months and I haven't received my order. Now they won't answer my emails requesting a refund. Horrible!
Item had an estimated delivery date. I needed it at a certain time. The item was delivered 5 weeks after it said it would come. (Nearly 2 months after I ordered it) I emailed them about it and they basically said it's not their problem. Useless! Will never use them again!
I think these people scam!
I ordered in December and every time this lady called Aline Presbitero says its on its way and its clearly not, they are not refunding the money or sending the item ordered. STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE! #gearzapper
In my order was suppose to be a FREE BRACELET., definitely my initial incentive. The order was delivered, but NO BRACELET. I've sent 4 or more emails explaining this to them, and the exact same response is "Our records indicate that the item was delivered." I am so tired of the robo response, and lack of personal care and service. This is the most impersonal company I have ever dealt with. This is INDEED MY FIRST AND FINAL AND ONLY ORDER. SO DISRESPECTFUL!
I bought a pair of night glasses to reduce glare at night time. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks for my product to get to me. It has been 6 or 7 weeks now. I contacted their customer service. They replied to my e-mail twice then they just disappeared. I have lost my money and I have noting to show for it. These guys are scum. Do not buy from them. Do not buy anything from them at all.
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time buying from these guys. They are liars and thieves.
