Hello, I am happy to share my shopping experience from Gearbest, which started two years ago and can be compared to my experience in the following:
- Customer service is good compared to other sites in terms of speed in response and effectiveness
- For products their price is suitable for something especially when you take advantage of coupon or fast selling offers.
- Good quality products with few exceptions are solved with support problem.

I like the prices and quality of stuff from Gearbest.
Only thing I don't like it's robotic and slow support.
Otherwise, they manage to resolve problems every time.

L. E.: I might consider changing rating after last interaction with support. They responded very fast at an RMA and offers me good convenient solutions, which I think other sellers don't even think about. Definitely a good experience.

The site could use more clearer ways of providing coupons. There are so many that you get lost. Also it can be more helpful if they explained better the different shipping methods. In addition, their tickets support agents could be more fast.

A good combination of materials and design, making it convenient to use a soldering iron. Iron T12 makes its heat to the desired temperature in seconds. The benefits also include - easy operation, separate the on button, a small form. Of the minuses - a primitive stand for soldering iron, strange noises in the power supply, there is no stated capacity of 70 watts, only a maximum of 50 watts. Definitely recommend to buy, after simple processing can get fully working tool.

Gearbest is a platform that sells products in its own name and hosts sellers. I bought several block construction toys from 3rd party sellers and a few technical gadgets, some of them from Gearbest directly.

Delivery is usually in original packaging, which maybe a real asset for presents, collectors or when planning to resell down the road.
Support is friendly and competent, better than Ali which seems to be highly standardized and automated

Delivery lead times are longer than on Ali or ebay. Reckon with 3-4 weeks for delivery, if item is in stock. Note
Prices are usually higher than on Ali, even when discounted from sky high 'moon' prices.

Overall experience with GearBest is rather good. Ordered a pair of bluetooth earbuds "go, comma i7S TWS". The item arrived in projected timeframe and turned out to be of poor quality.
The issues were: less than an hour playback time at fully charged earbud batteries (contrary to 3-4 hours promised in manual); constant and sudden disconnections from a BT device.
The GearBest Support however did a great job in resolving the matter and refunding the items' price.

I have been buying from GearBest for years and I will continue buying as well. They offer a variety of product from the latest electronics, to smart gadgets, to kitchen gadgets that make your life easier.
I recommend buying from their shop cause they have really low prices with high quality.

I'm usually very skeptical about buying stuff online but this is one site you won't go wrong. I've bought stuff from Aliexpress and DHgate. Gearbest far outperforms the two. Aliexpress is probably the riskiest and DHgate being relatively safe. But the customer service of Gearbest is outstanding, they'll reply you within 24 hours with helpful solutions.

Every item i've ordered has arrived in perfect conditions.
Sometimes the shipping time is a little longer but the price makes it worth the wait.
Ther customer service is allways happy to help and solve your issues.

Unlike other wholesale sites, items ship from all sorts of places. Prices are considerably lower than other wholesale sites, if you can find what you're looking for. Definitely recommend over wish. It pays to stay a regular customer there, you get quite a bit of points back.

My last purchases was before all this pandemic so my experience might not reflect current situation.
I did not get my both last purchases, but as I paid with PayPal and paid for shipping insurance I got all my money back including insurance.
Overall this is OK site, not the best out there, but good. Prices are decent if You can get some points for discount.
PayPal is most preferred way to pay.
Only thing, You have to be ready in case of any problems to deal with support. To Your first 4-5 messages You most likely will get template answers which won't help you, but You will have to keep trying. As last "straw" mention "PayPal dispute". This argument will help You 99 % times to get their attention and proper solution."

My brother told me about this great website that sells great quality phones with great prices and the cheapest shipping prices you will ever find anywhere. At first i thought it was too good to be true, and i was wrong, it was true, or at least that's my experience since my order number 1, and i am at my 20th order in one year, this site is the best website, i only buy from here because again, it's too good. Thank you GearBest, you put a smile on my face :D.

While I regularly shop with Amazon, GearBest's price for the product was a bit lower so I took a chance. The process was smooth and my cordless vacuum arrived in Canada (from China) very quickly considering the distance. My only complaint is that an import duty was charged and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The added cost was minimal and their customer service team offered to offset this charge once the issue was brought to their attention. I would order from GearBest again.

For me Gearbest is the best shop for electronics, the have the best prices, and the shipping is very fast too.

Customer-oriented even if, frankly, it follows pre-established rules in customer support that if there are problems that do not foresee it, customer support is confused because it is clear that the support representative cannot decide on anything, especially if it happens a problem out of fixed patterns
