What I really like about it is that even tho they are on the other side of the world and sell to millions of people, their logistics just work!

I never had a problem doing business with gearbest. Sometimes i open a ticket, when needed, but we always get to an agreeament, and thats what makes Gearbest a special store!

Y2+ that I purchased on gearbest at first was an alternative to my mi band 2. However, by time, it found out to be different from mi band 2. Y2+ has oxygen, blood pressure calculator different from the other one. It has full screen whereas mi band has a small screen on the bracelet, Y2+ is much wider than that.

Gearbest is officially for me the best website to import products and my experience with costumer service was unbelievable! Usually other websites try to avoid costumers and issues, but when they sent my Smartphone and the delivery company returned it, they did everything to solve my problem and make sure I was satisfied with the solution. They offer me a full return or reship the product. I knew it was not their fault and the delivery carrier was the one having issues with it. As soon as they received the item back from the carrier, they reship the smartphone again in a even faster shipment way. That was the first time a company didn't make the costumer pay for the shipping again or something like that. I really had a great experience here and for sure I highly recommend gearbest.com to any one that wants good prices and a fast shipping to import products.
The products from the Gearbest are so good and the items are genuine and 100% as described. I would give thumbs up for buying products from this website. The only downside I feel with the Gearbest is the shipping. I live in India and I always ordered through "Priority Line" shipping but they always took more than 15 days to reach. If they improve their shipping, I would give 5 out of 5 rating for them.

Descobri o site da gearbest por acaso em uma página do Facebook... A princípio eu não sabia como fazer compras, então com a ajuda de um amigo. Efetuei minhas 4 primeiras compras, coisas pequenas e baratas, foi apenas um testa que quis fazer, já que meu amigo disse que eu não iria me arrepender, e que eu poderia comprar coisas mais "valiosas" e maiores que a loja gearbest iria me enviar o mais rápido possível. Bom e assim foi, eu recebi um tablet com exatos 28 dias! E em seguida no decorrer dos dias, as outras encomendas... Então me animei bastante, e resolvi comprar meu primeiro celular... Eis que esse demorou 43 dias pra chegar, pois eu optei pela forma de envio mais barata que geralmente tem essa demora mesmo para chegar às coisas. Mas isso não quer dizer nada, afinal vc compra e espera chega, porque com toda certeza que ela chegará. Seja com um ou dois meses de espera! Eu moro no Brasil e aqui é um pouco burocrático o sistema de entregas, por isso demora as vezes. Mas eu simplesmente não compro em outras loja internacionais online que não seja a gearbest. Primeiro: da pra parcelar a compra em 12 sem juros o que pra mim já é a melhor parte. Só tenho a agradecer por todas as encomendas que a loja me enviou até hoje. Obrigada...
