Y2+ that I purchased on gearbest at first was an alternative to my mi band 2. However, by time, it found out to be different from mi band 2. Usually other websites try to avoid costumers and issues, but when they sent my Smartphone and the delivery company returned it, they did everything to solve my problem and make sure I was satisfied with the solution. They offer me a full return or reship the product. I knew it was not their fault and the delivery carrier was the one having issues with it. As soon as they received the item back from the carrier, they reship the smartphone again in a even faster shipment way. Eis que esse demorou 43 dias pra chegar, pois eu optei pela forma de envio mais barata que geralmente tem essa demora mesmo para chegar às coisas. Mas isso não quer dizer nada, afinal vc compra e espera chega, porque com toda certeza que ela chegará. Seja com um ou dois meses de espera! Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
