I purchased a gate opener part from them on a Saturday. On Monday they charged my CC and said it was being shipped. On the 3rd day I checked to see when it would arrive and it had not been picked up yet. I sent an email and they replied that they would check. On the 5th day I complained that it still had not been pick up at which point they canceled my order. Terrible service.
