Gardening Express

Had genuine concerns following reading some terrible reviews on this site... after I'd placed my order of 2 Cordyline Australis.

I messaged GE and they replied swiftly reassuring me that I would receive my order in excellent condition, and they acknowledged that due to the vast amount of orders they send out each week that some customers on occasion may submit negative reviews.

I have today received my order, I opened the boxes in trepidation and was relieved to discover 2 fantastic trees in great condition.

I would urge anyone concerned to contact them & give them an opportunity to provide you with some reassurance, as I did.

Ordered 4 bamboo plants and they arrived quickly and healthy, well packaged too. Reading all the negative reviews was worrying, but not my experience

My monkey puzzle tree arrived within 10 working days, and was in great shape (as shown in photograph). Soil was moist which was surprising in this hot weather, but the plant is very healthy and I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is my second year buying from Gardening Express. I have 2 standard Holly trees, 2 Standard Gardenias, 2 Patio cherries, and various other plants Orchids, Christmas cacti, Pointsetta. I was concerned at first when I read all the negative reviews, all my plants arrived well packaged, and all very healthy looking, I will continue to purchase as such good value for money and very healthy plants. I ordered some plants for my wife using Groupon (a fairly good priced deal). She's very happy with the plants received :)

Ordered a Hydrangea. The courier listed the plant as delivered to a neighbour. Couldn't locate the plant.
The customer service was excellent and sent out a replacement.

Dreadful. Do not respond to communication. Ignore attempts to ancel after 30 days and deliver another month later without notification.
Do not use they are awful

Bought 2 Venus fly traps and 2 Pitcher plant fly traps. All 4 plants came well packaged and was as described in description.

This is the 2nd time I've bought from gardening express and both times had no issues, will use again.

I ordered 3 x cordyline australis extra large special offer which was originally £129 each special deal at only £49 each on the 8th July really pleased with my bargain purchase and was so excited, until I spent that evening reading the reviews on the company, my heart sank felt like crying. Today 12th they were delivered and i didn't wanted to even open the boxes, well how more wrong can I have been they look fantastic I really wish I could add photos of them just to show you all how good they are, I've worked in retail all my life and people are always quick to complain but very rarely say well done, so I am going to be one of those very few people to say THANK YOU gardening express you have exceeded my expectations

Ordered on 16th nov, received very strong and healthy plant on 24th, took a little longer than I expected to arrive and after coming across this site I was more than worried but I have to say very pleasantly surprised and will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a pair of evergreen photinia red robin trees x large Christmas tree x 6 mini Christmas trees... all came up to scotland all as discribed well packaged too Thank you I will be using you again
