I found the packaging superb, and details like placing the parts into plastic containers with partitions in them, along with a graphic that goes atop all the parts to label them, were helpful.

The assembly still took time, though I got a huge kit with some six pieces of furniture in it. If you are assembling, please be cautious of some YouTube assembly video tips. One displayed a disastrous idea related to placing the hinges onto the cabinets first, rather than onto the doors first (as the instructions ask you to do). Do as the instructions indicate, not the YouTube hints!

I was thrilled with the service. It had been 4-5 years prior that we bought our house full of blinds. I needed to replace one but couldn't find my invoice to verify the color.
