This is a fake business that does not sell anything, they just take your money. If you have ordered from them file a fraud case against them with Visa or PayPal. They will refund your money and hopefully shut their account down.
We purchased 2 Xbox One Elite controllers. It's been 2 months. The telephone number is not valid. I emailed them and never got a response. Filed a claim through PayPal and after a two week investigation, the are returning our money.
I really wish I would have read the reviews as I've been waiting for my controller for about a month. So, I did dispute it with my bank and they are going to return my money. I just don't want other people to go through this and then not follow up with their Banks and get their money back. Do not purchase from this website.
They are fraud and fake!. Took my money and lost. No way to contact and the address mentioned is also wrong, searched on the google maps and its a street comprising small houses at portland!. Just mark them fraud and sue them.!
Wish there was a 0 option. I ordered a controller on Feb 25th. And never received it. I have emailed multiple times, submitted inquires on my account online and tried calling the phone number listed. Phone number doesn't exist. Don't buy from them.
Ordered a hard drive in February. Email said it was confirmed and shipped. Now March and no receipt of product. Cannot reach anyone. Next time will verify a working number before ordering. This is site for contact but is worthless. I ordered an xbox controller over a month ago and despite an email confirming my order, with a confirmation number, AND an email stating the item shipped, I never received my package. I did not receive a reply to my email asking for help and the phone number on the website is not a working number. I've already disputed this purchase with paypal. STAY AWAY!
Have ordered an item on February 28. It was shipped couple days matter. Today is February 23. Haven't received anything yet. There is no tracking info on their web site either. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. LOOK FOR DEALS SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is no way to get in touch with them. The phone # is not valid one. Emailing is the only way to get in touch with them. I wonder if items shipped from China and that is the reason why it take that long to arrive. My guess that my ordered and long awaited item is lost. BEWARE!

Let me start by saying this website is the ABSOLUTE WORST gaming merchandise store on the market. I HIGHLY encourage you to tell this website to shove its $5 off retail prices up their asses when it comes to you having to wait a month for your product, no customer service or help line, (phone number is listed but not in service) as well as an email system that you can't even get a response out of when you have a question. This website is highly unreliable. BUYERS BEWARE!
I ordered an XBOX controller without reading any reviews... very dumb on my part. I received an email saying it was shipped. That was a month ago and I have tried to contact them through their website and also via phone to see where the controller is or when is would arrive. The number they have listed is not active and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AND RECEIVE NOTHING.
Brought product, NC area code, no email, no delivery date and the location is the Midwest. I hope they got their kicks because I'm making sure this sites is heavily investigatived
I was worried about this site so I just signed up for their newsletter. When I got a response from gametimeone.com my Gmail account warned me as their email response was a phishing email. I blocked them and changed my Gmail password. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE THAN IT IS! DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Searched the site, and scamadvisor.com warns about their site and it is linked to 200+ other sites which all have similar reports, warnings, and similar displayed websites.
As with the other reviews, I recently ordered from this site on 2/18/17. Found this site via Google Shopping so I thought it was legit. I did a google search and couldn't find any reviews and they weren't listed on the online scam sites as a scam.
I found them on one search that did give a warning based on URL but did not confirm as a scam, so I went ahead and ordered. As with others, I received a confirmation email, an order processed and ordered shipped emails. After not receiving after a week, I emailed the company. I received a response from "Chester Weaver", email address: *******@gmail.com saying they ship straight from the manufacturer and to allow 15-20 days. I contacted him again a month later to say I did not receive the product and received no response.
I have issued a dispute with Paypal as well. Hopefully, I will be refunded like others. I am disappointed in myself for giving into the temptation of paying less than half of what Amazon was charging for a Seagate 2 TB external hard drive. Lesson definitely learned.
I'd ordered the 4TB external hard drive. I receive a notice the next day that the item was shipped, but the tracking# was blank. After about a month I sent several emails asking how the item was shipped and if a tracking# could be provided. I received no response from any of my emails, and my item never arrived. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for the item, and I was refunded. Youve been warned, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Never received my purchase and apparently they only accept PayPal because any other reputable credit card company would help get your money back.
