When I bought the tickets it didn't say they were no view seats. It did have the small eyeball but as a senior who hasn't purchased tickets in ages, I didn't notice the tiny symbol. I took my granddaughter to her first concert ever as a birthday gift. We couldn't see half the concert. Two different managers refused to give me any type of refund. Others in my section had a similar experience with StubHub and they were given a 50% refund. I'll use StubHub in the future! Neither manager cared at all that they were losing my business. Sad part is, customer service agents were great and agreed with me but the managers should be replaced!
Bought primo tickets (center field) for the MLB Home Run Derby & All-Star Game 2023. Both set of tickets was emailed, no problem. A week before the event, I reconfirmed I had possession of the tickets and added them to Apple Wallet (just in case). Well, the day of the All-Star Game (2 hrs before the start) we went to the venue and was not allowed entry. The tickets were no longer "valid" and Pass was disabled! Went to the box office to get it straightened out. They advised me that my name was not listed on the tickets. They confirmed Ticketmaster was the original ticket agency, and Game Time was the "current" ticket agency that sold the 3 tickets to me for $3,091. At that time nothing could be done to "confirm" my tickets and allow us entry. We bought another $2,000 worth of tickets at the box office and went to the game. For the next 45 minutes I was on the phone with Game Time trying to get answers and get a refund. No one could assist me and I demanded followup with customer service. They "promised" they would look into it and contact me within 2 weeks. Never got an REAL explanation or a refund! They even accused me of sharing the tickets! Never admitted there was an error, claiming they are 3rd party and have no liability. WHAT A RIP OFF! Don't waste $$$$ with this company. (BTW-we had no problem with the tickets for the Home Run Derby)

I bought a ticket for a same day concert. Ticket Masters site was down and I couldn't get my ticket. It was getting super close to the start time so I bought another ticket from Stubhub.
I asked them for a refund. I got a complete runaround. I finally filed for my bank to refund me after being told I wasn't getting anything back.
I was searching tickets today and saw that I had a credit on my account. I figured well at least I could use that credit (and cancel the charge back). Nope apparently I am banned from this site.
Terrible customer service! Zero stars is too much.
They claimed my credit card cancelled the transaction when my bank clearly stated it wasn't the case. They just don't want to take the fault that they don't have the tickets they stated they had. They won't give any credit or anything for their error. Just go elsewhere because they aren't interested in being truthful with their customers. (By the way, they didn't even email me saying the tickets didn't go through or anything, I had to dig into this myself). Their customer service agents are bad.
I bought tickets to go see Lil Uzi Vert. I have never got the tickets. It's been weeks and when I ask for a refund, they said no. And when I asked if I could sell, they basically said, "do it yourself". How am I supposed to sell tickets when I don't have them? $400 literally gone! Terrible. Absolutely terrible
I accidentally purchased concert tickets in the wrong city and Gametime didn't lift a finger, I mean didn't help at ALL to refund or credit my account. Their words: Sorry, you can either give them to a friend or sell them. Sell them? I don't even have the tickets in hand until a couple days before the show. Thanks for nothing.
It's advertised to be a 100% refundable ticket within 24 hours of purchase. That's not true and their customer service is quite sassy on their responses. When you purchase tixs for an event you would expect tickets with rows, seats after purchase. NOPE! I ordered my tixs over 1 month before the event and now have to wait until 1 day before the event to get my tixs. I found cheaper tixs with a better location that I confirmed would provide an actual ticket immediately.GameTime support said I could resell them on StubHub or other networks to get my money back. I don't desire to get into the ticket sales biz for their sake, I just want my frickin' tickets. Unbelievable the BS this service (LACK OF SERVICE) provider is offering. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BIZ!
Tickets were supposed to be automatically instantly delivered. Still never received the tickets call Tata customer service they said I will you can. We might get them up to two hours before the game. Or we might not I said, what can I get my money back because I bought them somewhere else and I can get them automatically there like I'm supposed to get here Customer Service said no you cannot get a refund. The game is not until November 4,2023 almost 3 months away and I cannot get a refund and I said well I cannot sell my tickets either because I do not have my tickets. I said well you need to sell your tickets it since you can't get a refund and I said I can't because you never sent me my tickets and if I can't get them 2-4 hours before the game how am I supposed to sell my tickets, if I even get my tickets.
I've spent a small fortune with Game Time, so large sample size. Within the past couple of months, I've had 2 experiences that were very ugly. In both cases, I had purchased premium seat baseball tickets weeks or months in advance. As the days ticked by and the tickets failed to show up in my MLB Ballpark App, I became concerned, so I used their online support chat to ask for help. In both cases, the initial chatbot assured me that I had a "guarantee" that my tickets would be delivered before the event. I pressed further and after in one case days, in another hours, was told that unfortunately, the seller had failed to live up to their obligations and I would not receive the tickets I had paid for. Would I be interested in (inferior) tickets as an alternative? They began offering me some trivial $$ discounts for the crappy tickets they offered as substitutes but after more back and forth that I can remember, I declined and ended up receiving a refund (which came very promptly, just FYI). The warning to all Game Time customers is you may think you have your tickets secured, but you don't. They will tell you not to worry all the way up to the day of your event and then they'll apologize and offer you whatever leftover tickets no one wants as replacements, or refund your money. I've never had such experiences with the other online ticket sellers, so I'm done with Game Time. Fool me once, as they say. You just can't trust them. They will make promises they can't keep until it's obvious you're not getting your seats. Don't be me. I had spent a lot of money on hotels and bought tickets for friends and family only to find out at the very end they were not actually available. Of course, they had taken my money with all of their giant fees long ago. Don't be me, it absolutely sucked. Felt very much like bait and switch. Go elsewhere for your online tickets.
I purchased two tickets and was not made aware of the $21 per ticket fee until after the order was placed. They would not refund or cancel the tickets! DO NOT USE!
Two times in a row. Shame on me. Screwed me over with great seats. Last minute they called me and said they weren't available, offered worse seats, wouldn't offer me something compatible, even though available. Of course cause now the price is higher. 2 times in a row, offered 130% credit. But I booked another seat with the credit, and you guessed it, a day before they text me "sorry there's an issue" - 60 minutes to get a refund solution on the phone. BEWARE
My friend and I bought tickets to Taylor swift, including one for her 13 year old daughter who has been listening to her since she was a baby. The tickets never came through. For days I continued to call and text. I kept ending up speaking with people clearly living in Asia, each who assured me that I had nothing to worry about, that the tickets were guaranteed. The tickets will be replaced! Don't worry!
It's now hours before the show. We have our outfits. I have my sitter. We paid for a hotel. But we don't have tickets! I am continuing to receive their scripted excuses and promises. However I am not receiving my tickets. So now I am beyond frustrated. I do not know how they intend to profit from this but I have already reported them to amex. I will also live out my life with the main goal being to destroy this company and find everyone who has ever so much touched a phone for them. Sadly it doesn't help get the kid into the show. This company needs to be shut down!
I purchased tickets on their deal $$. Guaranteed floor seats section a or b. I got section G last row!
It even stated on my order and their app I would get section a or b.
I spoke with a supervisor and they offered me $100. Ridiculous.
I was a customer- but never again.
I advise people to go purchase tickets from other sites and they do not backup their promises.
I bought tickets for a concert and when I went to accept them in my TicketMaster account, it said they were claimeded by someone else. Gametime said my account was hacked or I transferred them but I did not. Ticketmaster confirmed this and stated that the Gametime seller sold my tickets multiple times. This happens all the time. Gametime does not honor their terms of service and will not research or talk to Ticketmaster to see they are wrong. They refuse to refund my money.
We chose tickets and at check out they switched them and would not give me a refund to correct my order!
Customer service was a big zero
My tickets were invalid when i arrived to my venue to scan my tickets and when i brought it up to gametime they told me that it's not their problem and they can't give me a refund due to it behind past the events date as if i'm supposed to know my tickets weren't going to work pre-event. Customer service is super rude and sketch…called them and there were literally kids screaming in the backround.
Paid $564 for tickets I never received. Can't contact anyone by phone about a refund. Can only go back and forth via email and no refund!
Don't waste your time with this app. We bought very expensive tickets not including all the fees they added to go to Taylor Swift. We got up to the gates and they said the tickets were already scanned. We did not have seats inside the concert! Customer service is not willing to help or make the matter right. Beyond disappointed and don't want this to happen to anyone else! They are a scam!
I'd rate zero stars if I could. The worst experience ever. I bought two tickets in November and my tickets transferred to me in January but only one ticket would download so I called gametime and they said well it's good on our end so there is nothing we can do. I then asked for a refund and they said because you accepting your tickets already we cannot refund you. They said that I could go to the box office the day of the event and they can look up my ticket. The day of the even came, I arrived super early because I knew I was going to have issues. The box office said I could only use the one ticket that dowloaded to my phone but the other ticket was never released to me so there was nothing they could do. So I called gametime and got the same bull$#*! response as I did in January. You accepted the tickets and there is nothing we can do. I ended up buying new tickets at the box office as I did not want to disappoint my minor daughter whom I bought tickets for. In the end I spent over $900 for four tickets but could only use two. And the kicker is I paid LESS for two tickets at the box office then I did through gametime. Gametime is a scam. They double book tickets and do not refund people who cannot access their tickets. DO NOT USE GAMETIME unless you want to waste your hard earned money!
Answer: Use stub hub or SeatGeek or vivid. Gametime is a scam
Answer: DO NOT order tickets! They can NOT be trusted!
