Mot unbelievable scam - did not purchase tickets and then they auto charged me and would not help resolves seconds later
Within minutes of purchasing 4 tickets for a show, I found the same tickets (same section and row) $300 cheaper. Reached their customer service and asked for price match but they only gave me Gametime credit of $200 quoting that their policy caps at $200. This is ridiculous if you are buying tickets in bulk as in my case. They did not agree to price match completely. Highly disappointed. Will never recommend or use them again.
The staff was highly rude and getting into customers space asking For ID and were rude and racist calling my family dirty Hispanics. Oh
Summary of my complaint. I purchased tickets to a concert through Gametime. The artist has "postponed" this concert and whole tour for a SECOND time. No rescheduled date. Riding the legal term "postponed" like a champ. Tickets paid. No concert. Simple, refund my money. Gametime's POLICY does not allow that. This is not a situation where I am choosing not to go. THERE IS NO CONCERT! Enjoy your POLICY Gametime. Protect the artist/venue and not your customer. Stay clear of Gametime.
It is just so ridiculous that fees are 50% or the actual purchase. If this was a legit business fee would be based on a fixed amount or a fixed percentage. But this seems to increase by the minute. A $32 fee for a ticket that is $71 is absolutely an illegitimate business transaction, not to mention that fees are not visible at first. If you don't know your math, you might think you are only paying for the tickets. But when the small next to the total price is checked, it shows ticket price and fees, also require math to figure out the total amount charged as fees.
Spent $795 on three tickets to a comedy show. The tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster account and one day later I got an email from Ticketmaster stating the tickets were obtained fraudulently and were not valid. I contacted Gametime and they would not refund my mo et. I had to contact my cc company to investigate and get my money back. Will NEVER use this website again. Total scam.
Absolute ripoff company we bought tickets to Florida game at Raymond James never received the tickets. After numerous emails nothing was done. They stole 130.00 from us! I would highly advise nobody buy anything from this crooked company…
Never again! I attempted for the first time ever to buy tickets online for my husband and daughter to a Lions game using this site. I asked first after purchase if it was possible to get paper tickets, whoops. Then I shared with my email, big mistake because I did this way this tickets went off into lala land and now I can't access them again. All I get is a message say shared with my email. After several hours with customer service via chat and phones calls they can't send me another link and I am out of luck, all they can do is offer me a one time exception and offer me a credit to use their site again to purchase tickets again that will now be more expensive. No thanks. Apparently a refund is absolutely out of question for this company. I filed a dispute because I do not have the product that I purchased, filed with with BBB, and putting a review wherever I can find to put one for the first time in my in my life because I have never been so disappointed in a company.
We went to a football game this weekend and the seats were NOT as advertised. Completely obstructed view and when I emailed GameTime about it, they said this, "their images of the seat locations on the app are not always accurate." I spent $400 on the tickets and was told they would give me a $30 credit. We couldn't see the Jumbotron / scoreboard or a section of the field. It was awful. Never again, GameTime!
Ordered tickets to a concert. Thought that I had everything good to go until I got to the venue and they said they needed it through axs. They I was told the tickets that I claimed to have - the seats were already taken! When I contacted them they investigated and said that I "should" have had the tickets. Well, apparently I did not have the tickets! How can two people have the same seats? No refund or part refund. Not happy at all! Do Not go through this company for tickets of any kind!
Bought tickets for upcoming nfl game in FLA / upper bowl is same as lowest section now, so unhappy -
They hold your purchase, it's 24hrs before event and still have not recieved, tickets are now twice as much and there reply is they can refund my purchase. Like that resolves the fact that I can no longer re purchase what I did with them. Horrible system, do not waste time or money, this was on a 700 NFL ticket purchae, Horrible.company and customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered tickets to a concert. They sent me an email to access the tickets - however no tickets were available. I only discovered this the morning of the concert when I went to download them. I contacted their customer service team and after SEVERAL rounds of "prove it to me" they finally made my tickets available 30 minutes AFTER the event had started. I obviously didn't go and requested a refund. They gave me $50 back of my whole order and as a CREDIT on their stupid app. DO NOT USE THEM.
Worse company to purchase tickets with. Even when I called to speak with them over the phone they had the worst service, even (Jasmine) hung up in my face. I called back and the next young lady was even ruder. My only question was why they kept declining my ticket purchase. I tried for the Beyonce concert, and now I'm attempting to get Sza tickets. Highly disappointed.
I bought tickets in July for an Oct. 1st football game. Two days before the event they told there was a problem with the seats and them upgraded me. So to be clear I bought tickets bottom level last row to be out of the sun because I had young children with me. They said they upgraded my tickets and moved me close to the field. I said I can't have this due to the children, I declined the in the sun tickets. The night before they worked out seats that were in the last row on the other side of the field. They said I would receive them in the morning. They never came. After I was at the gate they forced me to take the tickets I declined or get a refund. However the tickets were worth way more than when I paid for them. So either I ruin kids first game experience or let Gametime rip me off. To top it off after I took the near in tears kids to the stadium. I get a text message from Gametime, Please return my tickets or my account will be recharged if tickets aren't returned. So they were going to try an take those tickets from me to say here is your money back two hours before an NFL game starts and your at the gate. This place should be sued and boycotted. Never Use Gametime!
I received an automatic email immediately after purchasing my tickets (two weeks before my event might I add) that stated my tickets were ready and that I should have received an email to claim my tickets. After waiting a week no such email was sent. I spoke to several representatives throughout the week before my event, who all had different things to say. Some said I would be able to receive a full refund, others said they were just the middle man and that they couldn't do anything for me. These representatives waited until 4 hours before my event to send my case to the "internal team". I spent at least 6 hours on the phone with these "representatives" throughout the week before my event to get no where. My tickets were finally delivered less than hour before my event started, conveniently after I had already purchased different tickets on seat geek due to fear that my tickets were never coming. Not worth the stress, waste of money, or struggle whatsoever.
My fiance bought us two tickets to Nate Bargatze for my birthday.
The app said the tickets would be tranferred 24 hours before the event.
The day of the event we still didn't have the tickets and both of us spent hours talking to different customer service reps and none of them were helpful. They just kept saying all they could do was keep calling the seller to try and get them to sell the tickets.
My fiance and I went to the venue an hour before the event started to talk to the box office to see if there was anything they could do since we had our seat numbers and everything, just not tickets. The box office couldn't help if we didn't have tickets.
So we contact Gametime again and still no help.
My fiance and I figure we are not going to get the tickets in time since the show was now starting in 10 minutes so we decided to make other plans for our night.
Hours later when my fiance checked his email he saw that seller sent the tickets after the show had started. Which was infuriating.
The next day I spent another hour or so talking to customer service reps to simply get a refund.
In all my fiance spent 4-5 hours talking to customer service reps with no result. They told us they could not give us a refund but they could offer us a 50% in app credit.
You would think tickets are cheaper on Gametime
Nope. Bought a raptors ticket for 280. Checked Ticketmaster, the same section cost 200. The ones that cost are in row 16, mine is in 32

I traveled to the Notre Dame Ohio State football game with my wife, very excited about the game. We bought (paid for) our tickets 4 months in advance, lower level on the 10 yard line. Two hours before the game Gametime notified us that the tickets were no longer available. The ticket price had gone from $550 per ticket to over $1200 per ticket, so this was a worst nightmare type of scenario. Gametime offered replacement tickets in the middle of the end zone. Because of the change in ticket price, we were left with no option but to accept. BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. ESSENTIALLY, GAMETIME FALSELY ADVERTISED THAT THEY SOLD US THE TICKETS, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD BEEN SITTING ON OUR MONEY FOR FOUR MONTHS. THIS IS UNETHICAL BUT IS ALSO ILLEGAL. GAMETIME, YOU CAN DO BETTER - KEEP YOUR WORD!
I was attempting to find out how much this company charged for an additional fee, and instead of going to an inbox, it immediately purchased the tickets, adding $30 per ticket. After being told there was no way to reverse it, I rec'd a text stating an IP address in Las Vegas accessed my account. I called their number, and the phone was answered in Punjabi. They switched to English. After 30 minutes on the phone, all I was told that everything was ok, and not to worry. As a result, I've cancelled my card to protect my account. Whatever you do, don't use this company for anything, EVER!
