Don´t buy tickets from this "company" is a criminal organization! No answers to mails and phone. Conversations almost impossible. No receiving of tickets, no money refunding. Take care! The best way to get tickets is to buy them via the official homepage of the respective club homepage.
I ordered a hoodie and the order and got a pre-shipment notice. Well, it never shipped. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge- my bank is still trying to get my money back! I looked at their social media and there are HUNDREDS, if not thousands, of people who ordered and NEVER got their merchandise or a refund! Some had been waiting months, others gave up after waiting a year or more! AVOID this company- it's a SCAM!

I placed an Order November of 2015 and only received half of my order. They were Star Wars Christmas Jumpers for my boyfriend and I. His came in the mail, but the Vader Jumper I ordered for myself never came in. I would absolutely love it if I could get that jumper, is there any way we can make that happen? If not is a refund possible?

Garbage.
Ordered a hoody. Over a month later, it hadn't come, so I emailed them.
They told me it was out of stock, and would be shipped in 2 weeks.
A month later I sent several emails that were ignored, until I said I wanted my money back. Finally, I went to my bank and disputed the transaction. A few days later Visa put the money back in my account.
Then, gamer heaven had the nerve to tell me that they refunded my money.
Garbage. Never sends out items, and keeps your money despite knowing they don't have stock on hand. Avoid!
