It turns out that there was a communication problem between us and my emails went to spam, so I didn't get a response. I thought they ignored my requests so I wrote an unsympathetic review. But than, I managed to contacted them again and the request was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I am absolutely satisfied with the service and as I recommended in the past to purchase from this company, so also now. Thanks!
I have never come across a less helpful company in my 53 years of being in business. They absolutely refuse to answer any questions
Purchased Gran Turismo 7 for £30 instead of £70. Gamescard sent the login details for the account. Logged in and installed the game with no problem. It has been 3 days and the games is still working fine. It would have been given 5 stars if the game was installed to an account with my name on it.
Tip for consumers:
The support is really fast. Don't hesitate to put in a support request if you need anything, they are really helpful. I had deleted the email containing the logon details, so nothing they had done wrong, but they helped really fast.
