Not at all trustworthy, in all respects!

This was suppose to be a simple ED tabs order.
I had inquired with GainsRx about the two brands they carry, which might be better than the other.
Their response was "a discount code" to my inquiry.

Sent a second email mentioning that we spend a lot of money on products and we are hopeful that your products are worthy of a long-term relationship. I was thanked by GainsRX with a mutual feeling response, and another discount code.
We couldn't find anything on the Web about their ED manufacturers. Couldn't even find anything about GainsRX, other than their website. That should've been our first clue not to order.
I never initially complained about the product I purchased. My comments were made in a Trust pilot review, not at all to GainsRX.
I simply said that two of my group members did not find their product at all helpful, and I never once asked for a refund, simply ask if they do exchanges, already knowing the answer was probably a no.
Pros about this company,
Being Canadian
Pricing was excellent, best yet.
One day response time, a.k.a. Shipped.
We were Impressed with their marketing and inventory to choose from.
Excellent product percentage in a single tablet.

Cons of this company,
The ED tab was not as effective as they claimed it to be.
Our order was shipped midway Nov 14/2024 during the Canada Post 72 hour Notification to strike.
On the third day from when the order was placed, GainsRX gave it to Canada Post.
Vancouver BC to Victoria BC took Five weeks.
Oh, it's extremely upset and asked immediately for a new shipment sent courier and I would even pay for it. I did not get any response whatsoever and then when I receive their response to my complaint after the fact because they never responded to my request a courier a new one. I couldn't believe their response!
Why would any company knowingly ship a high value package during a nationwide 72 hour notice to strike by Canada Post. High value or no value why would anyone ship a package during a freaking strike with no end date in sight?
For the record, I did not ask for any money back. I asked about an exchange, even though the answer was probably going to be no. I thought I would try, considering I had asked for the shipment to be stopped, and RTS and resent via courier.

Unbeknownst to GainsRX, two of my co-buyers did not have very positive results from taking the ED tablets, which by the way was only mentioned in my trust pilot review, not in the shipping complaint email" I sent the shipping complaint email within 48 hours of my order being sent.
GainsRx placed all of the fault and blame upon me. That is not at all how you run a business, nor is it how you treat the people that keep you in business.

Had you contacted us directly, we would have been happy to attempt to resolve the matter sooner. Please keep in mind that site does not notify the company in which you are reviewing. We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and direct communication from you would have allowed us to provide assistance sooner.
As for the timing of the Canada Post strike, we do acknowledge the impact it had on deliveries, and you were not the only customer affected by it. While the threat of a strike had been ongoing, it was difficult to predict with certainty when or if it would happen. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, though unfortunately, the situation was beyond our control.

Regarding the effectiveness of the products from another company, we are unable to comment on or confirm the quality of their products, as we are unfamiliar with the specific one you mentioned. We apologize that you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you ordered. However, we strongly disagree with your claims. We sell products from multiple labs, and each lab has its own processes and standards. We do our best to ensure we provide our customers with products of the highest quality and consistency. If our products are as terrible as you have claimed, your review would not be the only one and we sell thousands of bottles with no complaints.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer you a 50% discount on your next order and shipping at no additional cost. Tip for consumers:

Just could not believe their response how they blamed me for everything, for not contacting them to inform them of my dissatisfaction, to not contacting them about a change of shipping, decision or choice and telling me that I complained about a product in which I didn’t, and that they took out of a review site and we’re not happy and completely altered the facts and fabricated their own version to make me the fool and not be held accountable for anything. And I mean anything!
