Review by Anonymous User I bought for 2,900 USD a MacBook-Pro with you, and after taking my money, next day you canceled. You did NOT send a message nor an Email. If I would not have checked my account on your page, I would have waited for delivery of this urgent item... Well, I needed to call you and was told, that you have no idea what had happened, but would at least send an email with further explanation. Good: ONLY 30 minutes-or-so you sent that email, with a short explanation that the product I purchased did not even exist, sorry. BUT YOU STILL OFFER THIS PRODUCT for sale on your page at this moment - how can I buy something from you, without knowing if you even have it for sale? So, everything I buy from you and PAY, might not be in stock? In all my years, this is the first time, that a company offers items, let's the customer pay, and then states: Sorry no product existing. Totally weird fact: In your email, you were offering me instead a completely different and 80% smaller MacBook, which does not even compare close to the one I need. I'll never buy a brand new apple computer again. I found that gainsaver has some great deals on used macs and computers. Apple has such an expensive computer but I love them as I can get help from the apple store. I am so happy I found gainsaver and will continue to use them in the future.

I sent my reconditioned apple laptop back and requested a refund. I never heard back after 4 weeks and I reached out only to be told that because I had purchased a warranty I could not get a refund. I think their customer service is lacking. I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend.

I ordered 2 macbook pro parts for my liquid damaged laptop. After receiving them and paying for them to be installed, my computer still did not work. After careful examination and testing of the parts, the supposedly refurbished parts we covered with corrosion and were completely bad. I wasted $150.00 paying for the installation and uninstallation so I could ship them back. This business is not testing their parts before they send them out to people. The customer service people and supervisors are rude and written emails brought no resolution. Do not buy parts from this company!

This site is a scam its ran buy a bunch of kids. They tell you they have what you order in stock after they get your money they send you an email saying they don't have it and the only one they have is going to cost you a hundred dollars more. Then there telephone is like on a comp or its a home business because they don't answer when you call. I decided to cancel my order and they sent it out after sending me a email saying the cancellation was confirmed. Don't do it to your self i rate them a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.
