This supplier thinks that the Sales of Goods and Consumer Rights Acts do not apply to them.
They refused to handle a simple complaint about a faulty mouse and shirked their responsibility to deal with the problem, as required in law as they were the retailer.
Telling a consumer that they have to contact the manufacturer is totally incorrect in the UK.
Fortunately for me, the purchase was made on Amazon where GA Business were trading as a Marketplace Seller and of course Amazon, being aware of the law refunded.
I will ofcourse never deal with this business again.
