Deceitful. Do not order Friedrich parts from this company. I ordered an evaporator coil and paid over $200 with shipping. Turns out I do not need part. I called to return part and guess what. They will not take return. Said it is a specialty part. I was not informed of this upon ordering and was not informed returns were not accepted. Called Friedrich and they sold the part to Gabbert Company but cant or wont help me. Pathetic if you ask me. Again, do not buy from this company. Very rude and will not accept returns although my receipt clearly says they do. Did I mention the part has not even been taken out of the box. I informed them of this. Very dishonest company. I do not even give one star. That was the lowest option I was given.
