WE HAVE BEEN TREDING WITH FXPN FOR 3 MOUTH WE DEPOSIT 8000 EUROS WE HAVE LOST ALL OUR MONEY WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

Okay so where should I start?
My experience with FXPN is actually dreadful. It first started when I downloaded the Investing.com app, I then received a call from them and I talked with them for about two hours. They tried to sell me the idea of me becoming their client, no monthly pay, nothing. The only thing they told me was that they would take a commision everytime I invested my money on the account. And they told me that I would recieve a personal advisor, an account manager that would help me with everything I wanted to know. I liked the idea and I deposit my first money (200 euros is the minimum to get started). The guy helped me to set up my account and I was good to go.

So the first thing I noticed was their trading platform, FXPN Sirix. It was a really poorly structured app if I'm being honest, I didn't like it at all. I compared it with Avanza (I am from Sweden so that is the main investing platform here) and it was worse in every possible way. So that was a big downside.

A day went by and I had my first call with my account manager, it didn't really benefit me in any way, just some chitchat about how the app works etc.

After the call with my account manager I thought to myself "is this really a reliable company?". I thought of the phone call I had with them yesterday and I remembered some statements he told me about Avanza, that if I use Avanza I have to pay taxes every year on my account no matter what my balance is, and that was actually false. So I realised that they just made false statements to benefit them as their client.

I then decided that I would try to withdrawal my money, I figured that wouldn't be a problem since they told me I could withdrawal my money whenever I wanted, and it would take 24h to transfer the money back to my bankaccount. They rejected it, so I tried again, and they rejected it again. Then I tried a third time and they rejected it AGAIN. Now I came to realise that my money is probably locked in my account, but I wouldn't give up that easily.

I emailed them telling them about my withdrawal experience and they called me back the next day. He told me about my withdrawals attempts and I confirmed them, he tried to sell me some new ideas but I didn't want nothing to do with them anymore, I had lost my patience at this moment, I just wanted my money back. He told me that he would contact the support team and hopefully they would solve this issue, but later that day I recieved a FOURTH email telling me they rejected my withdrawal. So now I pretty much know that my money is locked unfortunately, a shame really.

Never ever do business with this company! Only if you want your money locked I guess. There is plenty of other options out there, reliable platforms who wants you to succeed in investing. Not this scam company.
