Bad quality merchandise, even worse policies, owners that are on "vacation" at the precise moment there is a problem, and the one and only employee that knows she is wrong and hangs up... Jennifer, Rima and Gabe can all go to hell... Beyond all the bull*%&^ I found it funny that the "testimonials" (all great) where all put there by her... there was absolutely nowhere to input your own.
