I ordered a Furniwell recliner from Amazon and when the chair arrived, a wire connector was smashed. The paperwork that was tucked into the packaging stated to contact the company if there were any issues. SO... I did exactly that and the company's response was..."we cant help you" Contact Amazon! In my opinion, This is poor treatment of a customer who paid almost $350.00 for a chair that arrived non functional.

I purchased a lift recliner December 2022 from Furniwell, paid $500.00. By March of 2023, less than 4 months later the motor stopped working and the chair was stuck in mid extended position! I have contacted Furniwell multiple times via email as instructed on there website. I got them to respond with them telling me the motor had failed but that part is on back order. Here it is at the end of July and I can't get them to respond to me and there is no phone number to call. I would not suggest purchasing this chair or anything for that matter from this company! Thier customer service is non existing and their chairs are very uncomfortable! I wish I had not spent my money on this chair as I am a disabled women that really needed this chair, I spent really good money on this chair and being on disability can't afford another.
This company is a scam!

Bought a lift chair 3-12-21 and the motor just went out - tried to contact After sales service as their web site states - ordered it direct from Furniwell not Amazon. No one ever answers their phones, and no one ever answers their e-mails. Is this company still valid? Quick to take a sale but horrible to resolve an issue. I no longer want to hear short staffed due to covid. Lift chairs are vital with the elderly who have mobility issues and for the chair to give out so close to the end of the warranty is not acceptable.
