I had never used them before so was slightly worried purchasing online and not really knowing anything about them but I ordered a lovely coffee table and took a chance. The service was fantastic from start to finish updates by email and telephone calls every step of the delivery. I then with confidence purchased a breakfast bar and yet again excellent service. I'm just wondering what I should order next

Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! I ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They sais they will charge a restocking fee.! You can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! I ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They sais they will charge a restocking fee.! You can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not buy from this company. We have received flat pack furniture with some of the parts required for assembly being too short, and other parts damaged. Their contact of sales terms clearly state that for damaged/faulty goods, photos should be sent and replacements will be sent. We are now being told that, DESPITE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE BEING PROVIDED, that I am incorrect, and the parts 'cannot be different lengths'. Yes they are. LOOK AT THE PHOTO. I also told that unless I have all of the other packaging I can't get the item replaced! Three parts are faulty or damaged, all of the other parts are fine. We have submitted the claim with photos as requested but have had a lame response putting all of the responsibility on us as the customer. This company had provided shoddy damaged goods and their customer service is appalling. I will be going to the CAB regarding my consumer rights! Do not buy from this company.

Tip for consumers:
They are refusing to accept that some parts are faulty despite photos and refusing to just send replacement parts for the elements that are damaged

Horrible experience with these clowns. I bought a dining table for my mother, who sadly died before it could be assembled. FiF wanted £30 to collect a £90 item, which I baulked at. I wrote them a TrustPilot review reflecting my disappointment. They rang me and we agreed a £10 collection fee. They were a no-show, so I had to cart it all back to my home and rearrange the collection. DPD turned up this time but were only expecting one package rather than three, sigh. They took it, thankfully, and FiF acknowledged receipt and agreed that the items were in perfect condition. However, they only refunded me £59.95, keeping £30 rather than the agreed £10. They have since ignored my emails. Total crooks. Avoid at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Just avoid at all costs. They may seem cheap on some items but loads of reviews say the quality is awful and items don't last long. You won't get any decent after sales from these people - they'll just make you jump through hoops and lie to you.

Avoid this company and purchase elsewhere!
I purchased an item early December, the item arrived damaged and the process to get it exchanged was like pulling teeth.
The replacement item was then finally delivered which was also damaged!
Once again the customer service was absolutely shocking with them using every excuse and delay tactic possible for me to return the item and get a refund.
Do not purchase from this company with poor quality items and absolutely shocking customer service! You have been warned.

Was initially pleased with bathroom cabinet purchased even after waiting for about 6 weeks for delivery. After 11 months unit started to swell due to moisture contacted customer service and sent photos and was told it was wear and tear and not guaranteed. Would understand if I put a tv cabinet in a bathroom and it did this but not for furniture designed for bathrooms. Not fit for purpose be warned

They only deliver to ground floor & then charge you £30 & hidden charges when you can't accept delivery. If you live in a flat with stairs & can't lift heavy items don't order. Courier refused to deliver to my door and got very aggressive shouting at a female when told if they couldn't deliver upstairs they'd have to take back item. They will then deduct hidden charges from your refund of £30 even though it's not your fault. Read their terms before ordering. Ridiculous company & shocking customer service! I'd advise not to order from them.

Tip for consumers:

Disgusting... bunch of crooks, furniture in fashion should not be allowed to do business in UK.
They clearly have no business ethics, lies after lies.
No solution for damaged items or missing parts, they always lie on the phone they give you fake names. MARK HAYS Adam Alex Sam & David the call centre is in india and they have no idea how to conduct a phone call.
Iv done some research on the directors who are Asians and found they not even registered on google to avoid reviews.
Please avoid. These crooks are based in BOLTON

I Wouldn't advise anybody to buy from this company!
The worst transaction I've ever had!
Received my order, lots of parts missing.
Took a week to collect.
I'm still waiting for a refund!
Customer service are atrocious!
Promised refund daily, and still I'm waiting.
They ignore my emails.
I've had to open a PayPal dispute to get them to get me my money back.
Feel totally let down, and no company should treat their customers this way.
I'm absolutely fuming!

Brought a coffee table and after a few months the top has come off - explained very clearly this is due to the unequal distribution of weight on the MDF wood. The customer service representative anthony ignored most of my emails and I had to repeatedly chase him for any reply. When he did respond he just kept saying he is waiting for a response from the supplier. They then offered a replacement top after 5 weeks of me sending emails chasing this matter, this only happened because I called 'customer services' which actually does not exist as this department is WFH - why is this line still open to waste customers time further when it is redirected to sales? Anyway the replacement top means the whole coffee table needs to be dismantled to screw in the new top, which I raised to them. No surprises, I get a reply from anthony saying they have contacted the supplier for more information. Considering the supplier has not been in touch with them once in this whole process what makes them think they will get a reply now. I am yet to receive any satisfactory resolution after 6 weeks and literally just want the item collected so I can buy a simple functional coffee table! Only brought this item off this company as it was sold out on Wayfair at the time. Most of the items are sold on wayfair or elsewhere - shop there to avoid having to deal with the frustrating, pointless and time wasting customer service provided if you have any issues.

Ordered 2 items which declare on site to have "lots in warehouse" and qualifies for free delivery. I then receive email telling me that one item is out of stock so I cancel but that means paying delivery - fair enough - except that (Scots beware!) my postcode means paying additional fee. Looking closer, they deliver free up to 100 miles north of Edinburgh but 20 miles out of Glasgow deserves additional cost. My postcode is not on an island or requiring side roads, it's by the M8! Customer services wouldn't budge so I cancelled the order. No, I don't recommend.

Tip for consumers:
Check they really do have the stock before paying and check delivery postcodes.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, bought a table £190, came beg of jan, never opened because I have been very ill, opened and was faulty, contacted company to explain my situation, all they keep saying is it's gone past 14 day consumer returns, I have sort legal advice so will comment again when I have got further with situation, I have given 1 star because it would not let me submit with No stars

I ordered a bar table and 4 stools one of the stools was damaged it wouldn't stay up very badly designed, the bar table was very high it looked ridiculous, contacted these people to tell them one of the bar stools didn't work,I sent photos of this,please I would not advise anyone to buy from this company,they only just got my refund and they took £79.99 off what they owed me which is disgusting, would never buy from this company again,so please anybody who wants to buy from this company dnt as your wasting your money,the table was so high it was touching my drop lights it would be good if your a giraffe lol but to deduct £79.99 is disgusting never known a company like it,if you want to buy anything go to furniture box it's alot cheaper and well made.trading standards are involved,as I've read the terms and conditions and it states if its faulty I should have got all my money back,not happy at all

This company sold me good that were not anything like the items advertised and I have now spent hours and hours online and on the phone to their "wonderful" Customer service and someone called "frank". Have you ever wanted to just reach down the phone and absolutely go crazy with anyone. Well this is what happens every time (and I've had to call hundreds of times).

They sold me nearly £500 worth of goods which were advertised as grey and the colour showed a lovely light grey but when they arrived they were dark grey, almost black.

We asked for a return and collection and was told we had to pay £80. This is no fair as the product is nothing like what we ordered. These clowns are just cowboys and need to be stopped.

We are going to report to trading standards and continue to leave reviews until we get a refund.

Absolute disgrace. Do not purchase from this company. They have said the colour is variable and within an acceptable range. Please see photos of items advertised online and the actual colour. They have told us that this is the inside of the unit but it's not. We have sent photos and videos of both inside and outside. They just keep asking for one more photo of this or one more photo of that. Criminals that's what they are stealing my money.

Received my item and half the parts weren't there been waiting for over a month to receive them. Did not speak to anyone at the place about this you have to do it all through online. This is a way of fobbing you off
I would like to speak to someone about it what's going to do something about it. But they refuse and still say do it through email and online which. I have done
Still haven't received my parts. I advise anyone to stay away clear of this company

We ordered a side board back in November with an expectect delivery on the web site of 4/6 weeks. We received a call a week later explaining the delivery date would be more like 8/10 weeks. I wasnt in a rush so excepted.

THis was the last I heard until I chased in the middle of Jan for an up date and was told its was due late jan early feb at the latest. Again a little disapointed but not long to wait.

Early feb came, no communication! So chased again only this time no replies to emails, no one answered the phone. After checking companies house I became a little more concerned and gave a deadline to communicate with me or i would need to report the transaction as fraudulant. I atteped to call one lat time this time getting through to be told that the items wasnt available and did I want an alternative. I asked for a refund and they didnt offer straight away instead put me on hold for a time... they finnaly agreed to refund and send my money back which ill have to wait a further 3-4 days (acceptable with regards to banks).

In summary, they have really great products displayed however they dont hold stock, which could mean large delays on the items you order. Which isnt a problem until you add in their poor communication and lack of service which means that their is no guarantee they will ever be able to confirm a date and have no problem ignoring you while holdign your money.

I wouldnt want to use again.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldnt trust the delivery dates as they seem to have a culture of avoiding tellign you the truth and allowing you to make your own decision as a consumer.

Ordered a dining table and chairs, arrived damaged but despite contacting "customer services" within 20 mins of delivery, 20 days later I'm still waiting replacements. Their first recourse of action is to offer minimal compensation, £30 in my case for a damaged table top that cost £800! Thereafter the returns process is incredible, not only do you need to take a photo of the damage you also need to find the parts list, highlight the part, scan it then email them the details before they will even "consider" your request. Once they agree to replace they then also demand a photo sent showing the items packaged up ready for return before they progress further. They take 24 hours to respond to an email from a "no reply" account making conversations extremely difficult. Once they agree to exchange the damaged part(s) they hand off to a delivery company who decide when best suits them to deliver irrespective of you're own circumstances. No choice on date, time etc. In my case they turned up minus the replacement items and had to leave. A further 4 days have gone by and despite my best efforts, I am still none the wiser on when I will receive the replacement parts.
I have given the review one star for two reasons, 1. The product had it not been damaged is actually pretty good and reasonably priced, 2. Because there wasn't an option to select zero stars!
Honestly, if you have an alternative option, use it. Save yourself the grief as I promise you, it's not worth it.

Don't want parts want something fit for purpose

NOTICE THAT ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ONLY HAVE ONE REVIEW HISTORY. It doesnt take rocket science to figure out they are writing their own reviews to boost their rating! This is criminal and I hope something is done about it. A bunch of scam artists who sell damaged, faulty, and cheap furniture. DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE IN FASHION!

Fraudulent company that is being taken to court by Trading Standards. If you've also had a bad experience contact Trading Standards to get this terrible company shut down. I had a dispute with them for 7 months over mis described goods. My credit card refunded my payment. FiF sent tens of illiterate, nonsensical messages through their ridiculous ticket 'help' system and even an alleged legal letter saying they would take me to court all this despite the fact it was they who broke the law and I was the innocent consumer. Trading Standards told me they have received many complaints. AVOID!

If there was an option of zero stars I would have used it!
Ordered my items 2 months ago and still have nothing, no contact from them at all to explain why except the rep (lies) to the emails and phone calls initiated by me with the last one being Saturday the 29th of July where the customer services representative promised me he would email directly after my phone call giving me the updated delivery time of beginning of August, guess what, it's now Monday morning and I'm still waiting.
Worst customer service ever!

Was contacted by them (first time ever) on the Monday after this review with the acknowledgment that 2 months was too long to wait and to give them 1-2 days to investigate, well here we are 5 days later from their email and yes you guessed it nothing at all from them!
This company has basically stolen my money and lied to me from the first contact with them, avoid at all costs!

The Saturday after the above happened I received a phone call from a them telling me that my order was in the warehouse and it would be despatched with urgency at the beginning of the week, here we are at Thursday and nothing from them!

We are now at the 27th of November (yes this has been going on for 6 months) and I have just cancelled the 3rd replacement table with this lot as the first two were damaged, obviously no quality control.
They told me 2 weeks ago it would be delivered by their supplier but as usual I have to go looking for info from them, they then tell me that their supplier didn't send it, no reason why and no answers to the questions i asked them particularly about my full refund and some compensation for the 6 months I've had to wait for a bloody coffee table. All they asked me was the old table in it's original packaging for pick up.

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with in my whole life, avoid like the plague!

2 days more have now passed and no reply back asking about my refund, only message I got from them was to ask to put a label on the package and to warn me that there will be a 35 GBP charge if I'm not in when the courier comes, after all I've been through with this company that is just brass necked at its best

Wanted to purchase a new product. Rang the sales & customer service who were not helpful at all. I wanted to see the product before parting with £700. I was told to keep calling back as the product will be put in the showroom. After 2 weeks of calls. I was informed the product will not be going on display. This made me Google the company for reviews. I am glad I didn't just purchase as most items come damaged. Noway am I now willing to pay £700 for an item that may come faulty but is described as new. A refund is impossible to get after purchase according to reviews. No answer when calling the showroom for 2 weeks to speak with someone other than sales. Bad customer service not helpful at all. Lost my custom through this.

What is the point in me spending £150 on a gorgeous sideboard that I want that was on sale at the time for them to then email saying I wouldn't receive it until April when they restock, not bad paying for furniture you aren't even getting, what was the point of putting something you dont have in stock on a reduced price sale.

I had been looking for a contemporary gloss TV cabinet and found some out of the ordinary pieces on this site... I debated whether to order given the mixed reviews... I decided to go for it as I couldn't find what I wanted else where. The first issue was delivery... quoted dispatched in 2 days, it was, to a third party who then I was informed would deliver in approx 7 working days.
Secondly when we started to assemble the flat pack many of the pre drilled holes indicated on the instructions were not done and had to be drilled. There was a number of marks and scratches on the gloss panels, some you can't see but many you can. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and sent images of the damaged areas, 7 in total. The reply states as I had started to assemble the product I had in effect accepted that it was in excellent condition on receipt of product therefore they accept no responsibility for the faults. As a customer good will they offered £9.99! I declined! I would advise to shop elsewhere or risk disappointment and loosing your money!

Just don't buy from this outfit, they will drive you insane. They will take your money and then ask you to return faulty goods at your cost (make sure they sign for it). After nine months I have given up trying to get a refund or a replacement. This was my worst online shopping experience ever, absolute bloody rogues and avoid at all costs. They will only make you ill.
