Had a great experience with furniture from home. Priced right, great customer service and quick turnaround on the delivery. Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
We paid $3000 for a sofa set and were lied to consistently for 3 months that our furniture was "in production" when it in fact didn't exist. We tried to contact them a month after our projected delivery date had passed and got lead in circles until we had to file a fraud complaint with Paypal. Do not do business with these people.

My furniture was to be delivered between 6-9pm, at 8pm I was advised it would be closer to midnight, when I told delivery man that would not work for me, he said he could deliver at 7am next morning, when I advised I wouldn't be available till 9am he said (after speaking with his manager), it was 7am or else... he had to drive to Illinois and I would just have to wait another week or two. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, he called him and called me back advising they would accommodate me and his manager would call me. He never called and they never came. I called the driver the next day, he said he would have to call me back, never did. Called website's customer service number, agent was shocked to hear story, was going to call her manager and one of them would call me back... AND OF COURSE THEY NEVER DID! I am completely getting the runaround! At this point I'm not sure there ever was any furniture!
I had high expectations and the room turned out great. Prior to purchase they were helpful in the design process too and to make sure everything fit just right.
I wasn't that impressed with the wait for delivery, I had to wait 3 weeks.
