I should have checked these reviews before purchasing anything since this seems to be a common issue. I ordered an item on 10/5 and it has yet to ship. I've emailed three times about my order status and have called the number listed on the website which only directs you to send an email. This company was happy to take my money and never ship my item, nor respond to a single email. They just take your money and don't deliver anything.

I placed an order for a designer inspired dog carrier almost 2 months ago. My bag never came and now I am out of almost 100 dollars with nothing to carry my new puppy in. Sasha has been extremely unresponsive regarding shipping confirmation in the past 6 weeks when I first brought up questioning about shipment, a refund request and no one EVER answers the phone. This company is only out to take your money and you'd be lucky if you ever receive your product! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I called Furbabeez 3 times and put in 4 cancellation requests via email.
1st cancellation email was 5 minutes online order was placed.
They never responded and sent the product anyway.
I bought a cute dog sweater that was too big for my dog. I followed the company's online instructions to fill out a return form, email it to them, and then they would send me instructions to send it back. That was about a month ago, plus numerous calls to their 888 number (which is just a very odd robot-sounding message explaining they're "reducing office hours due to Covid" and then disconnects; how can I call about 10 different times/days and coincidentally they're not in this so-called office every occurrence?!?!) and about 6 or 7 emails to both *******@furbabeez.com & "Sasha" at *******@furbabeez.com. I have had ZERO communication back. I agree with a recent review that this is a SCAM. No reliable company would treat customers like this. Not only will I NEVER order from this "company" again but I will tell everyone I know about this so no one else gives this pathetic "company" their business and money!

I ordered a carrier from this website that was $80 and it has been over a month now and still have NOT received. I have tried to message on facebook, email, and call the company (no response). This website is a scam and by the time the package arrives my puppy will be too big for it. Will not even answer their phones to try and see if I will receive my package or to cancel.

This hat fit my pup perfectly! I got the small for my 15lb long haired chihuahua mix. The hat clip closure is very easy to close and open!

No no no! I have left 3 bad reviews in my entire 36 years on this planet here is the 4th. This company sucks I have been trying to get ahold of "sasha" at returns department for MONTHS. I finally sent my entire order back to somewhere in indianaplis via her label she sent for part of my order to be returned back in november (or october?) My order had only partially arrived and i had requested to return the partial order. I did not send back the partial order because i was waiting on her to respond to my question. She never ever responded! When I then recieved the rest of the order (weeks and weeks later) I was bummed to realize it also did not fit my dog and had to return that a well. I emailed sasha again, no response. I emailed several times in succession, asking what i should do about returning the full order and then finally because of being met with silence I just packaged everything up and sent the whole lot back to first address she sent me having no idea if it was correct or if I was following the right protocol etc! And then WEEKS and weeks after that she wrote me saying it needed to go to a california address. She didnt send a new label, just said to return it to this california place. I had already returned to the first place and now I have no idea (because she still has not responded to me at all) if I will get refunded or if my items went to right place etc. I am absolutely stunned at the lack of communication and disrespect and wasted time and anxiety spent trying to do the right thing. I was unhappy with every item that i ordered (they simply did not fit my puppy!) Not only did the order take forever to come, there was no communication and when I requested to return or asked any questions at all i received SILENCE. I am so so so so frustrated. Now I have no idea if my items are going to the right place or if this sham of a company will ever refund me. Sasha if your reading this please please refund me. I am so disappointed :(

The Product was shipped from SHANGHAI CHINA and took over 1 month to receive the piece of "S**H harness worth about a dime US.
The size was wrong, product was so flimsy, you couldn't hold a puppy in this harness.
I tried to cancel this product and they kept saying it was shipped, then I told them I'm cancelling and they threatened that they would fight the charge back to them
I'm now dealing with my credit card company regarding this organization to stop payment.
Your credit card company sided with us and found nothing wrong with the product we sent you, and have approved the payment. When you picked the wrong size harness, we offered to exchange it for a more suitable item. As we said in our emails to you. If you want our help with an exchange, please let us know. I bought two of these shirts for my boys. They fit great and the shirts are well made. My boys looked perfect and EVERYONE commented on how awesome they looked!
I made a purchase at Furbabeez. I measured my dogs feet according to their size chart. The size was wrong and I spoke to Sasha Fichera in customer service via email about exchanging the purchase for a size large. I returned them to the address provided by Sahara Fichera. Months have gone by and all my contact attempts via email, customer support links, and phone have been unresponsive. Therefor Furbabeez stole $27.95 from me. I have recently read similar reviews by other customers. I think that this business is in the business of taking people's money and not supplying them with the product that they paid for. Shame on them. They should be stopped before they continue to do this to other customers.

Hi Effie. When you told us the boots did not fit and requested a larger size, you didn't specify which size you needed until the 1/22/19. Your replacement boots were sent and arrived on the 1/28/19. If you didn't receive them, we could look into it. However, if you did receive the replacements, could you kindly reflect on the content of this review and update it accordingly.
This sweater is adorable! I saw a similar one last year but my dogs' size was sold out. I was excited to find this one. Although I feel the price was a little high.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
I've emailed and called multiple times about exchanging some dog boots for the next size up. I even specified I would pay the return and new shipping. My emails are met with absolute silence and the calls are never answered by anyone. It's been two months now and I've given up.
For being outsourced to China the products themselves are outrageously expensive. Did I mention they ship from China on the absolute slowest economy shipping possible? Yes, if you are ordering from the United States expect your item to arrive to you in about 4-5 weeks.
Since it's difficult and iffy to size clothing for a dog, you will definitely want to consider an alternative business that will actually reply and work with you on an exchange in the likely situation that you may need a different size than the one you ordered.
For the love of god, stay away from Furbabeez.
