We have been ordering gloves from Full Source for 4 years now. Usually we receive our orders ahead of what we had expected and the product is the top of the line.

Ordering online was very easy. Customer service was very helpful and delivery was ahead of schedule on both orders.
The website is difficult sometimes and you are always out of certain sizes needed.
All orders seem to be on back-order and I have to call customer service to find that information out.
I ordered 2 pairs of gloves size medium.
They sent me size large. They said I must purchase a return label. This is unacceptable since it was their error

Do not order from this store unless you want to wait forever for your purchase, get the wrong size and then have to deal with the worst customer service people! They must really be cheap if they can't even make a $23 order right with a customer. Will never order from this company again, glad I'm only out $23 and not more!
It's been a month since we placed our first order and we still have received absolutely nothing. During the first week we went back and forth with the company's art department over getting correct proofs to us. We had originally sent them the same logo vector and color code files we've used for years. But, somehow they kept getting it wrong.
Our second order was placed a day or two after our first order. But, after weeks of promises and our declining 3 different proofs on that order we canceled it. We place the same order (the second one) with another vendor and received everything eight day later. And, we are still waiting on our first order from Full Source.
The company has good prices. I guess if you are not in any rush whatsoever, and don't mind paying in-full up front for an order you may not see for a month or so, it's a pretty good deal. But, our company is used to moving at, and dealing with vendors that move at, a much faster pace.
I ordered 3 sets of Presco Multi colored Penant Flags ($4.49/ea) and requested the ground shipping ( $6.99) which was supposed to arrive in 3 business days. I ordered on Tuesday and received an email the following Wednesday (a week later) that they have shipped and would take another 3 days to arrive. Since that 3rd day falls on a Saturday, I will not have them until possibly Monday which is 1 day shy of 2 weeks to get the order. When I called, I was told that If I would have paid for expedited delivery (over $25) they would have filled the order right away and I would have had them in 3 days. I will never order from this company again. By the time the flags arrive, I won't need them. Extremely poor customer service.
