I really love the website because it is appealing. I wanted just one thing but I ended up buying way more and the best part is that everything that I bought was an original. They have not malfunctioned and make me regret ever getting them in the first place. The delivery time was just about right and so were the prices. It's A good electronic shop that I trust.

Tried to buy medicine for my child. Manager would not let me without seeing child's ID. Was denied necessary health care for an OTC product that as a parent I could legally buy and showed my own ID but was denied because my child didn't have an ID

1. They make it very hard to shop from the Weekly Ad. There is no direct way to pick an item from the Weekly Ad. It seems to allow you to put the item on the list, the theory being that an item on the list can then be added to cart. That does not work. The items on the list are dimmed, and the list is not active - cannot take any form of input. So that process fails to add the item to cart.

2. You can manually type in the item, but it does not show the discount, in the car, until after delivery so you're not seeing if ANY discount is given.

3. You can only check the price you're charged only after you get the receipt, after delivery is completed.

4. Then you have to try to get a refund. If you call customer service, they tell you to try the chat. T

5. The chat is very slow. The agent takes 4 to 5 minutes in responding. They often disconnect you for unobvious reasons. So the chat is almost always useless.

6. Going through a live agent is not any better. You have to repeat your information two, three times and they still can't find it by email or by phone number, they just say, "Sir. I cannot find an account with that information". Then you have to hang up and try again.

7. If you are lucky and get to an agent that is minimally trained and mostly clueless, and repeat three or four times your description of the item and the error, you may get a refund.

8. A refund will take 7 to 10 business days. So the whole process is designed to discourage requesting a refund by making it cumbersome to reach an agent, by chat, or by phone. By slowing the response, and by disconnecting the session. Finally by making the refund take 10 business days.

They did not send me the 10# of chicken, or the oats, or bread, or sour cream.
What did they substitute for them? String cheese, cottage cheese, 2 # of baby carrots, celery, peets coffee, frozen broccoli, etc. How in the world can you figure that out? They should just send what they have in your order and not do ANY substitutions unless they are at least in the same category. Also, when you try and explain to them what happened, they do nothing to rectify the situation. As a foot note, I don't even like celery, baby carrots or broccoli.

Fry's sends out emails of sales for products they do not have in stock and cannot be ordered nor picked up in the stores. It is clearly a bait and switch, get you to look at this item and then get you to see other items. I waited on hold at the local store (Fountain Valley) for over 20 minutes when every minute or so they would come on and say your wait time is 40 seconds, then 60 seconds, then 50 seconds, then 55 seconds, then 60 seconds, and on and on. Micro Center is better. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

I also had a negative experience ordering from Fry's Electronics. It was just the worst service I've ever experienced. They may have been great in 2018 and won some awards, but they aren't in 2020. I never got my order, and no one's answering my messages. It's not only rude, it's also unprofessional. I don't know what is going on with the company, but it must stop!

I attempted to order some coronavirus safety protection items prior to an essential trip to the East Coast. Having selected all the items I needed online, I attempted to process the order electronically without success. The site was frozen. I then called Customer Service and talked to a reasonably nice guy who was, unfortunately, slow and without the usual resources(like knowing what to do to advance such a simple transaction). We laboriously went through the order manually; each stage inexplicably S-L-O-W.(I am currently waiting for him simply to type in my bank card number and feel like my feet have been encased in cement.) I will NEVER shop at Frys again. Can't trust a corporation that sells electronics but can't manage to maintain their own website.

MANY SCAMMERS ON THE INTERNET FROM FRYS COMPANY USE WHATSAPP AND SCAMAINMNG
HI There, my name's Atef. I live in Dubai, UAE. I have contacted with a girl pretending that she is a sales manager at frys electronics company in Californaia, USA. Her name is (kate Bella Throne), i have already ordered 10 iphone units at the beginning around 8 months ago, i sent her some amount 800$ as she said then i will receive my goods and pay the rest of amount to the delivery company. Therefore, i asked to send my goods many times, but she said i have to pay all the amount first. Last 31th December 2019, i sent her the money 1750$, that was sent to her bitcoin wallet and she pretended that for her company wallet address, the delivery company manager contacted me aslo on whatsapp and promised to receive my items on last Friday 3 january 2020, but i have received a message from them telling me to pay 3500 $ again to deliver the goods because they are already on hold in Saudi Arabia custom department, so if i need my items i have to pay

Kindly check my email sent to DHL and your company regarding to the person as a sales manager at Fry's company but I found that they are scammers. I sent $2500, but they didn't gave me items of 3o unites of iPhones

Tip for consumers:
i recoomed all to stop trusting people pretending that are working at FRYS electronics company

I went to Fry's in Oxnard to buy a tablet they were not busy couldn't find one I did fine a employee which did not want to help me he was rude he said they were lock up and I asked him if I could see one for security reason he could not show so I left I will never go back there again

I ordered a scooter online. Counted on for gift, they called day of delivery saying " do not know whey THEY let you order". "We do not have that scooter. " Then tried to sell me on a far inferior scooter for more money. When I asked if they could at least match the price of the better scooter they refused. They would do nothing to honor my completed order.

These guys are pro scammers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This was my first and last experience with them. I ordered a set of speakers on sale in July 2019. They cancelled the one speaker 12 hours later and next day I received a call regarding the one speaker (I ordered a set for a reason!) and they told me that it is used and has a chip on the base. I agreed to receive it ONLY after receiving an extra discount AND after ensuring I would get another demo unit from another store. Not only did I not receive a discount, the other store's customer service NEVER returned my calls and follow up on their promise and I ended up receiving a DAMAGED USED (more than they claimed) speaker missing the grill as well! They did the exact same with another order placed in the meanwhile for a set of Klipsch bookself speakers. They took the order online and then called later in the day to say they have to cancel it because the items are used and NOT in working condition. They told me to go get them at another store, they should be available somewhere. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Now they will not refund the order because it was delivered while I was gone and I did not report it within 48hrs. Of course they claim to have everything sold out and the advice was to wait for another even at some point in the future. If you value your $ and your time AVOID these people at all costs. It is NOT worth it. Very disrespectful towards consumers.

Bought a 65" QLED Samsung TV from Frys website and had it delivered. Upon turning it on there is a 3" crack in the screen at the top. Called Frys right away and they said i have to bring it back to the store for a manager to look at it. Took it to City of Industry store and the manager said i must have damaged it and nothing he could do about it. Theres no way I damaged it and now Im stuck with a cracked screen. Nect step is small claims court.

Frys Electronics sent a microwave i had cancelled. I emailed Fry's and the person i talked to said they would send me return postage. When i call about the email saying they would send me return postage. Their customer service workers are Rude. The rep i talked to called me a liar and said you bought yourself a microwave and hung up the phone. After spending more that 1 hour i got hung up on. Plus i had a microwave cooker and 3 pairs of Pliers they said they would not refund that money. After they cheated a 75 year old man i had already bought a Microwave from a local store. The customer service man said now you have a backup.

I specifically ordered a certain type of ink. I remember being extremely careful about the one i chose. When i received it, it turned out to be a different type of ink that they shipped. I tried to retun it and spoke with a manager named Craig, all he said was its been opened so we cant return$70 down the drain and no help from them. Never ordering from here again.

BEWARE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND STORE LOCATION OFF STONEBRIDGE ROAD YOU WILL LITERALLY RECEIVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND GET YOU IN AND OUT. ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EXPECT A PHONE CALL BACK (TAKEN ME OVER 7-8 CALLS NOW AND NOTHING). THEY WILL AVOID YOU LIKE A PLAGUE! I HAVE A MANUFACTURE RMA APPROVAL FROM SAMSUNG FOR STORE CREDIT REGARDING ANOTHER TV I BOUGHT FROM THIS FRYS LOCATION AND THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO EVEN TRY AND HELP YOU OUT. I HAVE PROBABLY WROTE OVER 100 POSITIVE REVIEWS IN MY LIFE AT 48 YEARS OLD AND LESS THAN 3-4 NEGATIVES ONES AND THIS ONE IS THE WORST. As a as a public service, I would warn any consumer to stay away from FRYS.
Cannot find help, when you find an employee they are rude and do not know their products.
Do not waste your money with this company, any other electronics store is better.

I bought a computer from Frys. I asked for help picking out the perfect one. The guy directed me to the computer I have now, saying this was the fasted computer, works wonders, and better than XYZ brand. Got home, turned it on and immediately notice it was slow as dog $#*! and froze everytime I wanted to do simple tasks. Months previous, I bought a printer- NEVER WORKED well. Do not trust Fry's. I think they referbish electronics and resell them.

I purchased Turbo Tax from Frys.com because they offered a great price. However, Turbo Tax did not calculate my taxes correctly. I was told that I needed to purchase a more expensive version of Turbo Tax. But I didn't have the money to do that, so I asked for a refund.
They were happy to take my money, but when the product they sold me did not meet my needs, they refused any kind of refund. This was not my first problem with Fry's, but it definitely will be my last. They have screwed me over for the last time.

I bought a piece of software that was supposed to speed up my computer. Instead, it rendered some elements inoperable until I did a system restore. Then it slowed it down until I eventually undid the install. After a web search, I realized this program is KNOWN to have such effects, but Fry's sells it anyway and continues to. They take zero accountability and refuse a refund because it is opened software. Online customer service was non-responsive. The first gentleman on the phone wasn't helpful at all, then the manager was a condescending, um, less-than-helpful person. I'm contesting the charge with Visa and will never shop with Fry's again.

I've held back on leaving this review hoping I just caught somebody on a bad day, but never fails everytime I come just horrible service. One person sends you to another department just to find out that person says no no it's back over there. Then they dont want to show you they get upset when you ask you get the run around. I literally just had some tell me well if they sent you over here that means we dont have it. What! What does that even mean how is that good service. RadioShack had better service. Yes this place has cool stuff decent prices but the workers lack of intrest for the place and lack of service makes it undesirable to even come here anymore. Please do something to fix this.

Order didn't ship, no information on why. Sat through a 2 hour customer support phone call.

Ordered a item fresh in stock as it came up, I was told that it was backordered with NO expected delivery date. Shame I had to wait until right next to the expected delivery and sit for 2 hours on the phone to be told that.

What would have happened if I didn't call? Terrible service. Avoid Frys at all costs.

Won; t refund malfunctioning Xbox One after 15 days of use. Hardware freezes playing offline solo games like Just Cause 3. Won; t refund but will exchange, except there is no date for a new shipment of consoles that they unloaded and do not plan to restock. GARBAGE customer service and GARBAGE 30 day return policy,

BUY FROM AMAZON PRIME AND ASSURE YOUR PURCHASES. THEY GOT ME THIS TIME.

I ordered an item online and received conformation and tracking information. Two days later I receive a cancellation email with no reason and told to call a number. When I call they have no idea why the order was canceled and I should reorder. After being assured my reorder would not be canceled I reordered. Again I receive a conformation email and a tracking number. I received a call from customer service and was told they have the item and will ship it. About an hour later I receive a cancellation for the reorder. I call them again and this time I was told I canceled the orders. I explained that I received cancellation emails from Frys and I did not cancel any order. Again they told me to reorder. I ask for assurance that they would not cancel my the order a third time and again they claimed that they did not cancel the orders but that I canceled them. They said to go ahead and reorder. At that point I responded that you people are to stupid for me to ever order anything from Frys again and hung up. If they can't get an order right after two attempts their is no reason for me to believe they will get it correct after a third time. There are to many other companies for me to continue to accept Frys incompetence..

We ordered a Raspberry Pi 3 B on December 29, for my son's birthday, and it was supposed to arrive on January 4th. It's January 16th the day I am posting this, and it is still not there yet. Both me and my son are VERY disappointed. We emailed them TWICE and still no response. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND YOU WON'T GET ANYTHING ON TIME!
