Ordered set of 6 amaryllis blooms - beautiful, high quality, was very pleased with the product I received. And I was pleasantly surprised when the boxes arrived BEFORE the projected arrival date - even at a busy time of the year (Thanksgiving week). Customer service was VERY helpful when I called to change my order from 1 box to 2.

I wrote to Frontgate to complain about my three wall mount hose brackets breaking. Heard nothing back from them. Now I buy a wall hose from Giraffe tools where they have great customer service. Frontgate charges so much for their products And they are inferior.

Many years ago, Frontgate was an Uber- high end catalog. Years ago I bought a shower head that still provides the ultimate shower experience. Over 15 years ago, a stainless steel dish rack crafted in Italy still as good looking and functional as it was then. Fast forward to present(2023). The catalog is filled with low-end junk. It's not the Lillian Vernon catalog, but heading in that direction. The last things I purchased had to be returned or simply failed and didn't get returned. There are some decent quality products but you need to search. Descriptions are flowery but products fail to deliver. Worse, when they offer a discount, putting in additional codes voids the discount.ie: free shipping offer is only attainable if you void the discount. An item on sale goes back to original msrp. And their shipping charges are outrageous. $32. To ship a solar path light UPS ground. In their own shipping section they state $29. Gets you next day shipping. This kind of egregious sales tactic is so far from the Frontgate I once knew. I will need to say goodbye.

Tip for consumers:
Frontgate has a lot of work to do if they want to restore their former reputation.

Twice ordered a large handpainted wall mirror, and twice it was delivered broken. The first one sat in my dining room for 3 weeks, as it weighs 90 lbs (not 44 as website states!), which was inconvenient with the Thanksgiving holiday and family guests. Getting through to customer service is very difficult, with long hold times, averaging 20 mins. When I finally got through to a supervisor, she was extremely helpful. I won't be buying anything from them again.

I bought an outdoor clock from Frontgate and it stopped working just after the warranty expired. I loved the clock and left it on the wall a couple more years. I just looked at the site again and see MANY, many people have been posting the same complaints in the reviews but Frontgate continued to sell it. I expected more from them... especially since it was expensive. Now what? Don't buy any clocks. They all have very bad reviews.

I ordered bath towels online from Fontgate and the delivery was delayed by over a month. Very disappointed for I have important guests coming and wanted them to have this fine product.

While shopping on Frontgate.com an offer for 20% off site-wide appeared. By signing up to receive emails from Frontgate, I would receive 20% off site-wide. I read the exclusions and found that the item in which I was interested would qualify for the discount. However, the discount did not appear so I called customer service and was told it would appear after I submitted my order. I did so, the order went through and the discount did not appear. I was then told that the sale price reflected the 20% discount and I said no, the price was the same as it appeared prior to my signing up for the discount. This was very deceptive and I would not have bought the item without thinking I would receive the 20% discount. However, because the customer service representative told me that I had to submit the order to receive the discount, the sale went through and my credit card charged.

Very deceptive ad and business practice.

Their website has a lovely picture of a fabric they don't sell.
I thought I was buying that. I didn't get that. The ugliest fabric showed up and they say no returns. I am stuck with a ton of fabric I can't use. I am so upset and disappointed. I hope people read these reviews that I wish I had before I bought from them.

Just be aware that when Frontage product you purchase starts falling apart there is no recourse for repairs but to buy new again. Outdoor furniture purchased within 24-36 months have deteriorated to the point that their use is limited. Frontage does not repair or provide the name of the manufacturer or a company name that is familiar with repairs even if its a manufacturer's defect. Buyer beware!

This is a rug i purchased from Frontgate. It only lasted 6 months of use and fell apart. It was not in a high traffic area. The told me it only has a 90 day guarantee. The rug was very poorly made. This Classy company offered me a 37.50 gift certificate(wow) Finally after several email to different people they gave me a $100.00 certificate and canceled the 37.50.
Ordered a new rug and it came in damaged. They said the 30% discount did not apply to the rug i wanted and would not discount the rug. Also the could not apply the gift Certificate to the new purchase until they received the rug in return. So now i have to wait 7 days for the rug to get back to them and then wait another few days for the new rug. For a company that offers high class Products worry about a small purchase.

Quality of item was terrible - $50 fogless mirror for shower - was made of plastic. Charged me $12 to ship and then charged me to ship it back - will not be buying from them again - it's a shame, the catalog looks like expensive, quality items.
