We are in a new house, and because I ordered from FGT before at our former residence, I knew they are a very reputable company with excellent products. We did not need a privacy screen at our old house, but this one we do...looking forward to seeing beautiful Leyland Cypress trees out the kitchen window rather than our back yard neighbor's living room and kitchen windows! Thank you FGT!

Shopping, finding, and purchasing were great…reasonable prices and great assortment. Communication w/ shipping updates great as well. However, upon receiving snd opening package, one of the trees was not secure, came undone and had soil, w/ roots exposed, everywhere. (I did take pictures but main concern was getting planted and will f/u i have issues with tree survival)

I've dealt with many lawn servicing companies as yard work is something I'm not too fond of. Scheduling with him was a breeze and how quickly they were able to come out and get the work done that I needed was a shock to me. Usually places are a week or so out but this company makes it a point to get out there and do what needs to be done. I'm very happy with the service and quality of work he's performed.

I would like you to know your crew were without a doubt, the most efficient men I have ever seen work. They never took a "break" and were very courteous. Plus, they cleaned the area meticulously. I am a senior citizen, and it is a joy to see Quality work performed.

Wow I can hardly believe that this company has not been reviewed. Scotts products have been my standbys since I started gardening.

At one time they sent out a little quarterly publication to all of their loyalists.

I have used their seeds, feeds, weed-killers, mulches, spreaders and soils.

Admittedly this line is more costly than store brands -- yet I find the entire line to be highly reliable. It is wonderful to bring their big bags home and get to work outside on a gardening project.

Logees sends healthy, decent sized plants and I love their selection! Wonderful company which I highly recommend!

Never buy from these. Their Lawnmaster brand is a pile of rubbish. Sent it back 3 times for repair.

Found company in June 2018. They came and mowed - the first visit. The second visit they did not mow only picked up some branches out of a bed - DID NOT PULL OR SPRAY THE VERY VISIABLE WEEDS IN THE BED. Third visit mowed - still did not address the weeds in bed that have become small trees. I called about the weeds and they said they would relay message. 4th visit mowed - weeds still not addressed. So in month of June only 3 cuts but they did show up every week as agreed. Complained again about the weeds in bed. There are no other plants in bed so I told them it would be ok to spay the weeds. July 2nd visit - they came and used a weed eater to whack the weeds down DID NOT SPRAY OR PULL. Did not come the following Monday - did not come again til 7/12 10 days later on a Thursday still did not address weeds. Then did not come back till 7/23 - 11 days later. I called into office 8/1 and complained about service dates and was told they were not sure why, but it looked like we were being mowed every 10 days which I said was not the agreement and he agreed said someone should be there Thursday according to how it looked the guys were mowing. I said that was unacceptable since the grass was growing so fast and the weeds were even growing faster. They did not come out Wed (after call) or Thursday - which I called again and he (Jamie) said he would look into it and call me. NO RETURN PHONE CALL OR LAWN SERVICE. I tried call Friday but I guess they were closed - NO SERVICE FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. I fired them and I am asking for a refund, since they pay themselves before any service is down. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Bought a brand new mower from this place and it was a nightmare. They couldn't even deliver it in good condition. Damaged, broken parts that a blind man could have picked out. Got the run around trying to get my money back! Called their store and after being on hold for 5 minutes the owner got on the line and she told me that she doesn't deal with customer's problems. Nice way to treat your customers! I would highly recommend buying elsewhere if you want good customer service and quality! My worse experience ever buying consumer goods!
