I was sent the wrong filters and have tried to contact them. Phone mailbox is always full. 2 online complaints have been given medium priority with a promised response in 48 hours. 2 weeks later no reply

Bought a water filter from them but only got a email confirmation and no shipping date. Emailed their CS several times and no answer. Please avoid, they will just take your money and not deliver.

Unlike some of the negative reviews i read here, i had a great experience. The product (LG Fridge Filter) was delivered rapidly and 2 questions i had before purchasing were answered right away. Would order with again.

Never got product. Would not return calls or emails. They suck and I do not know what else to say.

I order two filter cartirdges but after a fortnight they still hadn't been delivered. I phoned and was told that there was a supply issue and that we would be issued a refund. Another week passed and nothing. Tried to call, no answer - so sent an email. No reply. Went onto website and used LiveChat facility - promised a refund. Nothing received. Another week passes. Tried to call again - no answer. Used LiveChat facility again, no response. Absolutely disgusted. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Poorest CS and no items delivered to date, 21 days later. Order placed on 5/21/18 and still waiting. Confirmation of shipping on a fake shipping sight which now says completed and no further tracking info. Contacted CS x 6 and now no replies. Last communication was they were researching with the carrier. Claims to credit card company and Paypal to help get my refund. They are out of the country and are a fraudulent company. BUYER BEWARE!

Just had a message regard my bad review saying Hahalol from fridge filters shop have kept this for evidence regard fraudulent taken funds from my account let's see if you are still laughing when I also get the police involved as i have kept all evidence regarding PayPal... Still laughing are you JUST SAYS IT ALL... ONCE A CROOK AND ALL THAT

I purchased a filter from The Fridge Filter Shop.com who took my money from my debit card but never delivered the goods. I received a blank email but nothing more.
I've tried both of their telephone numbers several times over the last month but they just go to an answerphone where you can't leave a message.
I've also emailed them several times but they don't reply.
I strongly recommend you look elsewhere and don't even think about buying from them because I'm not the only one to be fleeced in this way.

I ordered filters from this company they said they were compatible with my fridge, they wasn't so I e mailed them and some one called and told me to send them back and they would refund me, That was weeks ago, I have e mailed and called several times and had no answer still waiting for my refund

The company refunded my money in full, I think they are ok but you need to chase them

All i can say is don't order anything from this website/company as you are walking into losing you money and a would of pain. Ordered two filters, took ages to arrive after spending hours to get though and then when they arrived they where both broken and then they refused to send out new ones or give me my money back. Stay well clear..

Wrong filter sent. Contacted multiple times but never resolved. I escalated to a paypal dispute and await their input

Please, please do not use this site. Nearly a year ago I ordered 2 filters over the internet but nothing came though payment was taken. I sent emails and rang umpteen times (it is not possible to leave a message on their phone lines) and eventually managed to speak to someone who said he would sort it all out. Nothing came. I wrote a letter but no response. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who arranged for the return of my money. Then, strangely, a few days later the filters arrived! "Great!", so I thought but no. Just over a month ago I tried to fit one of the filters and... it's faulty! Same old saga again - no response to my email, despite a deadline to respond by, and I still can't leave a message on their phone lines or the phones are engaged. Being cynical - are the 5 star ratings really from customers independent from the company? Note how ratings are either 1 or 5 stars. I won't say anymore as I don't want to influence how the apparent 5 star raters work. But just to let you know I am a psychologist so can say with good authority how the mind works including under oath.

The worse service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RUBBISH SITE. I ordered the filter on 4 Sep and it is now the 22Sept. Absolutely a waste of time. It is not worth calling the company as Peter the manager has no idea where the filters are. PLEASE save your time and order from www.uk-water-filters.co.uk *******6611, the filter arrived the next day. Gosh that was difficult.
