I purchased a new exact replacement water storage tank for my RO system. Amazon had them available but several people complained that the tanks they received were heavily dented or damaged. Freshwater Systems had the same tank at very competitive pricing and reasonable shipping cost so I decided to buy from then rather than Amazon and I'm very happy with my decision. The tank I received from Freshwater Systems was well packed and not a scratch or dent on it and I received it quickly. Thank you Freshwater Systems for the excellent customer service and pleasant buying experience.

“WRONG ITEM SHIPPED”

I am just amazed at how bad this company is. I ordered a PVC reducer, 3" to 1 1/2". They sent me a 3" to 1 1/2" reducer, but it already had a 1 1/2" threaded pipe glued into it. When I sent them a photo, they responded that they did not send what appears to a used product. As a customer I have never been accused of lying before. They may eventually accept their mistake, but their initial response is just terrible. I will never do business with them again, regardless if they do correct their error.

Update:. They refunded my account and allowed me to keep the product. Minus one star for their lack of attention to detail on the original listing.

Original review: They advertise one concentration of a product and deliver another. Additionally, my order had a total of 10 packs, received 9. They honored a return, but at the cost of me having to pay return shipping for their mistake. Poor business practices. Look for a different company to do business with, there are plenty out there.

When an order is placed with your company there should be some sort of feed back when the item is back ordered. In addition when delivery time is requested by your cusomtomer there should be an actual date given not just an email consistently staing we are checking or stating check our website. Customer service is not just a empty hadded response.

My experience with Freshwater Systems (FS) for the most part has been good.
I would have rated them higher but I bought the same storage take from FS on October 30,2012. The take took water under the bladder so we were only getting about two cups before I replaced with the same model RO-122 in March 24 2016. The ordering process is very easy, priced right and shipment arrived sooner then I expected. I will more than likely return and recommend FS if needed.

I ordered 2 filters, I ordered correctly but the wheahouse sent my one of the filters being incorrect. I asked to return it and send me the correct one that you guys mixed up. Also paid for 2 day delivery. Not sure what the mix up was, but it took 3 weeks to get the correct order that I paid 2 day delivery for. Luckily there was a really nice lady that helped me out and I really wished I remembered her name.

The overall customer service was good. Though disappointed that the bulb failed at 5 1/2 months to begin with, and that they did not warranty the sleeve as well that we bought with the original bulb, so it cost us to replace it.

Also the fact that it took almost a week for a call to come back to us that the light would be covered in warranty, as if we bought a replacement and paid for it, the companies would have been quick to send it out. I would like to see the same with warranted items.

But didn't yet! The new one looks so different I'm sort of afraid to set it up. When I do I'll let you know. At 77 it always takes me so long to try something new.

Over all I am very satisfied with Freshwater Systems. My only complaint is when I did my first order for water filters I realized that they had another filter I needed. So I followed the canceling steps on the website and generated a whole new order for the items I needed including the ones from my first order. However, I received both orders and was charged for both. They need to fix there canceling process on the website.

I'm very pleased with the product. It was one of the few double spigot faucets for filtered water. My only complaint was that even my handyman had a hard time setting it up. He had to purchase washers and tape to take care of tiny leaks. It does work fine now tho.

My only complaint was either freshwater or me made a mistake, in that the FIRST tank I received was the wrong size.The day I received the tank, I sent it back (at my expense) and ordered the correct size. (which I received yesterday.) The man who took my second order never mentioned that I needed permission to return the first tank. I called a few days after I shipped back the first tank to ask a question and the person I spoke to told me that I should have gotten something from Freshwater before shipping, but he would watch for it.

Customer service was great but did not like that if I returned the item I would only get back the cost of the item and I would have to be responsible for shipping back to the company. By the time it was all said and done I would only get back about 7-8.00 so sold it on E-Bay.

FreshwaterSystems provided the product as expected and within a reasonable amount of shipping time. They even used recycled packaging for a shipping container. Eco wise, if not a little unsettling to see the package arrive in a somewhat tattered condition. The product installed easily, however after one day the indicator light on the RO faucet failed to work properly. I'll have to disable the light to stop it from continuously blinking red. Too bad. My old faucet's indicator light never failed to work properly.

Our experience dealing with Freshwater Systems has always been great, but we just haven't found the right filter yet to meet our needs or to improve the taste of our water in our deep water along wi th with some other problems. However, we appreciated all your help in trying to help us get this problem solved. We have had our water tested on the local level and now are in the process on having tested on higher level. We are bound to get this all worked out. We aren't going any where, and we hope you will always be close by to help us.

Business History

Fresh Water Systems began its life as a small water cooler sales and service business in Southern California. The company grew quickly and soon expanded into filtration.
