I started ordering from Freshly recently. I had one order so far and the meals are high in calories for the most part. I am a diabetic so I don't think it will work for me. I called and spoke to a person named Mel and he tried to tell me how to choose my meals that might work better for me. I have one more order coming then I believe i will have to cancel. They don't cater for special diets!.

“Impossible to cancel - they keep reactivating and charging”

We were given a gift voucher on Freshly, which we used up. Cost is too high to keep going, so we cancelled. When you cancel on their website, they instantly e-mail that your subscription is re-activated. I e-mailed their customer service (Alexander) and asked for a cancellation which he confirmed. But no - it's auto-reactivated and the next customer service rep (Will) can't do a thing about it. This time I blocked them in Paypal. Freshly is a fraud. The chef isn't crying in their apron about the cancellation. They're busy fraudulently reactivating accounts.

I'm working to get my weight back in check and really like meals w/35 grams of less of carbs. I do have a couple of dietary restrictions - no pork being the primary one. I have been so satisfied with Freshly its wonderful. The meals keep me in during the work day, and away from fast food.
They are great when i get home late from work, or any meal on the weekend.
My mouth is extremely sensative to spices. I've had to go through several trials to find things i can handle. I have been able to find 4 or 5 that i can tolerate. That works for me.

Freshly is mostly good. The proportions are fine -- not too much, and rarely leave you wanting more. The Cauliflower Bolognese is superb! 2 or 3 other dishes, too. I tend to get 6 per week, keeping 4 the same and trying 2 new ones. The coconut chicken was disappointing. So I'll try something else this week. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and far superior to Factor, which I also tried simultaneously for a few weeks. Now I've stopped Factor altogether.

Food is out of this world, portions, size, calories, variety, delivery and taste, it's lights years away from any competition and I may add calories too...
Now as far as the plastic wrapper that seals the co trainers is terrible, not friendly, not easy to open, it comes apart by pieces, it needs better engineering... other than that is extraordinary...

Realized about 4 hours too late that we'd forgotten to finalize our meal order for next week. Quickly went on the chat and the individual was able to help us sort this out. While we weren't able to add more meals (we actually would have ordered 12 meals instead of 6), we were able to change our meal choices from the ones that Freshly had defaulted to. The employee was very pleasant and prompt and understood immediately what was needed. Very good experience.

I am enjoying the meals and the service is good and convenient. My wife only eats the entree however which makes her meal not a value product. We will see how is goes as we try different meals. As they didn't buzz to let me know they were here (they never do) I happened to check the tracking site and went down to get the package 8 minutes after it was said it was delivered. I reached out and the assistant immediately refunded me and was very helpful. I wish there had been an opportunity to try and get another delivery this week but it wasn't offered and I didn't ask. I have enjoyed the ease and convenience of weekly delivery. The meals are tasty and very convenient. There is a pretty good selection to not repeat weekly but I find myself really enjoying certain items and reordering. My only comment would be to have more green veggies with each meal. However I can add it myself so it isn't a deal breaker for me.

I like most of your meals, and the digital experience is good. If there was one "issue" that I have right now is that for $10 per plate, I'm not filled up at the end of the meal.

There are obviously options in the market (think fast casual restaurants or QSRs), where I can get filled up and still make healthy choices for less money (their inconvenience is that I need to drive to them). So I'll need to think about if the cost warrants the convenience of it coming to my door. Not sure as of right now.

I really like the food - it's not processed. It taste and looks like WHOLE FOOD, because it is. Taste better than even the highest rated TV dinners! I was very happy with the meals I ordered. It's great coming home from a long days work and just pop this in my oven while I do some small chores around my house and have a healthy and satisfying meal. (I don't use a micro-wave at home). At work it's great just to throw a meal in my bag for lunch - here I use a micro-wave. I think it's nutritious and no more money than a fish sandwich meal at fast food place - but more nutritious.

I am using it as a weight loss plan and i think it's working great.
