I'm a single guy. Freshly has allowed me to have my meal situation figured out with minimal effort, I appreciate that very much. I can look forward to having a proper meal as opposed to what had become normal eating procedure for me (eating fast food often). I'm at least 5 boxes delivered in now and my experience has been great. Thank you Freshly team, you're doing awesome!
Freshly provides great customer service! Anytime I've ever had any kind of problem I did the chat to customer service and they resolved it beyond my satisfaction. They always provide solutions better than I would have even requested, without me asking.
We joined Freshly on June 2019. I had only intended to give this service a try, as we had already tried several other services where you need to cook the meals yourself. We were pleasantly surprised after our first 2 orders. Impressed with the quality of the food, the large selection of meals, and the simple preparation. We have been ordering meals weekly since that time, now almost 1 year later. This service has been a real game changer for us. I have so much more extra time during the week, and we are eating much healthier than we did before. We love these meals. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon Freshly.

Best meal service I've used and I've used quite a few! Belle U was super helpful when I made a mistake to get it fixed in time for my order. Love the healthy meals and the consistent delivery and quality. My whole family enjoys it as it makes things simpler throughout the week.

Freshly is especially convenient for me as I am single and work full-time. Sometimes, I just don't feel like cooking or going to the grocery store. That's where Freshly shines. There is a great selection of meals. Everything I have tasted so far has been good, sometimes excellent! You can skip weeks any time you need and can change your menus and scheduled times very easily and conveniently. They also change up the menus with new meals at different intervals. The pricing is very reasonable as well.

Freshly has helped me keep on top of eating relatively healthily while I balance a ton of other life stuff--school, work, extracurricular activities. It tastes great, and their customer service is top notch--they're very responsive to emails. I didn't think I'd keep this up for more than a month or two, but I'm going on doing this for a year now, and I can't imagine getting through the week without it.
I order approximately every other week, there is usually a good variety of dishes on the menu. I love most of them but I have my favorites. Definitely recommend for a quick, healthy meal, especially if you don't cook, like me!

It gives me a smile every time to see the Freshly box arrive at our front door knowing perfectly prepared fresh food is inside. The food arrives in perfect condition. The meals are all pre-cooked and individually packaged in microwave safe containers. Two minutes is the norm to heat the food. The quality of the food is AMAZING! Much better than anything else I have tried. Another great thing about Freshly is being able to read the simple wholesome ingredients list! Freshly's name says it all. You will be very happy you tried them.
Comes fresh, never frozen with great choices to my home each week. I pick from a menu each week. You can change it up as you like. New options are being introduced regularly! Thank You for saving me time after work!

I'm loving Freshly. I originally tried some of the cook-yourself meal delivery services. The problem is, living alone, I had no desire to spend the effort cooking and eating left overs for days. With Freshly, I get something different every day. Something, healthy, tasty, and since it's pop it into the microwave its very quick and super easy! Just what a busy working professional needs.

I absolutely love Freshly... I researched multiple food delivery subscription services and decided on Freshly. Best decision! The food is absolutely delicious, perfect serving size and keeps me on track. I love that they email you a reminder so you can make changes to your menu selections, delivery date, skip the week if needed, etc... They also offer amazing customer service! I emailed them with a question and they called within the time frame the automated response said they would and got my mistake straightened out. I have referred at least 3 customers to them and continue to tell others about it. I highly recommend Freshly!

My husband and I had been enjoying Freshly for quite sometime now and we really love it. The meals are all delicious, very good proportioned and it really helps us save time from our busy schedule. My husband actually lost weight for just sticking to Freshly everyday for dinner when we usually cooked/ordered something that was either unhealthy or we ended ate too much! The only thing I would request is maybe to have more food options and add fish back to it. :)

I love this service! The meals are better than I expected and are a lifesaver when working long hours! Honestly, there's not one meal thus far that I don't like. The portions are sized well. Yes, you have to be diligent about your upcoming orders. I pre-set all of mine to be different from the week prior and edit them last minute if I decide to, but you do have to 5 days out- within 2 days of receiving your current week's order. Make it a routine: unpack your box and jump on the meal planner to plan your next week! Aside from that it's easy, quality, and guilt free.

I am currently in a weight loss/ healthy eating scenario and having these meals with all the accompanying nutrition info is fabulous. I use them 80% for lunch and 20% for dinner. My only complaint is that many of them have too high a fat content (over 20+) so it does limit my choices

Luckily, our meals are usually high in healthy fats, which isn't as detrimental as the "scary fats" in items like french fries, and pizza. But we are always working to add meals that fit our customers dietary preferences-- hopefully we will have some more lower fat meals you will love very soon!
I have received two orders from Freshly. Both arrived on time and were cold (even after sitting on my porch for 5 hrs!). The meat quality was excellent and they were all very tasty. My only issue was the portion size. I'm sure it would be adequate for most of you though! Also due to a financial change I felt I needed to cut back somewhere. I talked to Agassi online. He was kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and was really quite helpful. If all Freshly personnel are as qualified as Agassi, the company is in good hands!

We average 13.6 oz total - Sides are 3 to 4 oz each with the main protein 4 to 5.5 oz, depending on the meal. Of course, since our menu is customer-driven, we'll make sure to share your thoughts with the rest of the team!
I must say that I didn't have high expectations as I did not want to be disappointed. To my surprise, your meals are so freshly prepared and oh so delicious! With each bite, I can totally tell that a great deal of love and care were put into each of your meals you have prepared. Thank you for giving me back my precious time. Otherwise, I would have to slave away in the kitchen making a home-cooked meal after a hard day's work, or worse, eat unhealthy food via restaurants/take out.
So far, we have been pleased with the meals. I'm wondering if they are enough for us to have a variety each week. Also, I am a Weight Watcher and can't count the points. Is there anyway you can a bar code or give the amount of ingredients? Thank you!

I work out in an industrial environment, and not only am I bad at cooking, but I have nothing to cook with besides a microwave, or a hot engine. Ordering out isn't really an option either, so I usually packed cold lunches, or left overs. But Freshly has been pretty awesome for me, since the food is pretty dang good, and I now have a whole lot more variety in what I can eat, as well as how I can eat it. The portion sizes are just about what I need to keep a healthy diet, not to mention that the ingredients going into the meals are real so it's not like a typical microwave dinner.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
