I believe this product made me sick and so far has been a waste of my time. When I first saw it I was fairly intrigued. Great facebook ad that really sold me the dream. Now, as time passes, it seems like I just have invested a lot of money into glorfied gel packs within a neoprene wrap. Not much proof or true before and afters -- just stock images of smiling faces. Any other claims seem fake and manufactured. Go figure. When I dig deeper into the company, it all sounds like a giant sham and I truly with I had my money back.

My package arrived with NO instruction booklet. I wasn't concerned until I realized there is no support email. A snail mail address is provided, but somehow, that doesn't sound to me like a business that stands behind it's product.

So far, this product is a giant let down. I went into it with high hopes after I saw a video on Facebook that showed it was invented by two women doctors. I was gullible and bought the product, despite being shamed by my husband. Its now been several weeks and I see absolutely no changes. The product is also rather cheap -- its heavy and it really doesn't seem to get cold enough to do the job. The more I use it, the less faith I have that any of this is worthwhile. I am going to see if I can get a refund of some sort.

I have used this product for many weeks now and I have never seen any change at all. I've reserved a lot of time for its use and I am not getting anything out of it.
A true disappointment. I am going to try to return it. -- lets see if they'll let me.

I thought it was really effective at first, but then once I stopped it all came back. It helps lower water in the area I believe. I would not use this again.

This didn't work for me at all. I followed the instructions and nothing. This product is not worth the money.

I've been using the product for 3 weeks now and have seen no results. The belt is sort of cheaply made - the velcro ripped off on one of the pouches in the first week. The first week I used it every day for one hour. Now I do it for 3 straight days and then skip one day. I turned up my freezer temp but the pouches don't always freeze all they way through when I use it daily. I think I am giving up on this product.

Don't waste your money on this. My partner and I have ued this many days for a month and see no changes. It actaully maeks me look fatter now than I was before. We will be sending this back shortly. Please don't waste your hard-earned cash.

I received my package $185 (stupid me) a few days ago but was busy with work then a massive storm that left us with no power. I just left the box on the laundry room floor and went to see what the dogs were so intrigued with. Could not see anything, came in a white sealed bag. Opened the bag (again stupid me) on my living room floow to find a hole in the box and one of the ice packs was pierced leaving the inside goo all over my rug. Been trying to call ever since, if you look at the number listed on the paypal receipt it says 24/7 and *******477. When you hit the link (#) it changes to *******509 where someone picks up, hits a button them hangs up. Very professional. Dialed it myself and the number did go the company but received a voicemail due to COVID yada yada... you get it. I am in sales with a company of over 300 employees and we are all working remote. No reason for this. For the heck of it I put the others in the freezer and then realized these are nothing but ice packs, NO DIFFERENCE except I paid $185 and can go to rite aid and get the same ice packs for $15. I WANT SOMEONE first to RESPOND to me, 2nd I want my money back. Great company to inform the Attorney General of. Suggest you do the same. The more I read online, I see horrible reviews. The blame lies on myself also, I was up late one night and figured WTH, PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH.
