I signed up and had over 40.00 ready to be sent to me on july 15th 2018 and then the next day they deactivated my account and I can not get into it anymore

It worked great for a month or so, but then after that they claimed I was using my account for a business so then asked me for all the invoices, which I provided, but apparently buying 2 USBs and 2 laptops = running a business. Not sure what type of business can be run with such little electronics...
Then after that they basically stopped responding to my emails. Ive emailed them numerous times after that to get into contact with them, but no response.
My suggestion is dont pay for this service because once they start paying you over what youve paid them in service fees theyll just shut you down. Theyre just looking for to sign up so they can take your money and run.

I don't know how I ended up with this service through amazon. I thought it was a free shipping service. Didn't know anything about month; y subscription. Just don't bother to use it and pay the actual shipping cost when you buy something. It will ended up saving money if you are infrequent online shopper.

Unfailingly, after a company gets so many bad reviews, suddenly one person, that never wrote a review before at sitejabber, gives them 5 stars. And the person has the audacity of calling everyone else unable to read small print and unable to follow instructions. This site is not a scam. Read the details, people! Quit signing up for services without reading the fine print. Everything they say they do, they've done. It is a very simple shipping rebate process, and even when I didn't receive my 10% (up to $10) on a purchase, I simply emailed them, gave them proof of purchase and the next day $10 was in my Savings Center waiting to be sent out for that month's check. It is a subscription service and they DO tell you that before you put your payment info in. If you spend more than $13 a month on shipping and shop through their portal (similar to ebates) then the service is worth it! READ THE DESCRIPTION. I agree with a former commenter, this society has become lazy as hell. LEARN TO READ.

Paid the trial membership, made one purchase and the very next day they decided to cancel my membership for no reason. Guess my first purchase was to high for their 10% cash back. Funny thing is they send me an email to sign in to claim my $60 rebate, but they deactivated my account, so can't even sign in. A bunch of BS, just wasted my time.
Have to give Freeshipping's support team credit. They reached out to me and reinstated my membership. They just noted there was some confusion on their end. Looking forward to continuing my business with them.

Requires you spend 15 minutes understanding the process. All the bad reviewers did not or can not do that. We are such a dumbed down society now and I'm sure FreeShipping made it as easy as possible but clearly not easy enough for many. The process of buying online through FreeShipping and getting 10% back and up to $10 refunded for shipping requires an IQ of 90 or greater.
