It took this company almost a year to get my solar system working. They were missing appointment and then showing up totally unannounced. Inspections failed numerous times and once because they didn't show up for the scheduled inspection. They lied repeatedly and their customer service associates were extremely arrogant and condescending. I was making payments on a system that didn't work and paying higher rates to my power company because I didn't have a working system for almost a year. I had even cancelled long standing medical appointment to be home when they scheduled an appointment tor them not to show up. I totally regret ever using this incompetent company and would NEVER recommend them and if theses sites would allow you to rate with a negative mark I would. They don't even deserve one star! I am currently working with an attorney to recoup my losses.
