I have purchased from Freedivershop and was very disappointed with their poor customer service, and unwillingness to help. Furthermore, Freedivershop hides their location - their "offices" in the US, Germany, Japan, and the UK are actually mail-forwarders. The shop is actually based in Israel with most of items being sent from Ukraine. This also means that they won't adhere to the UK or EU trading laws and getting a refund will be very difficult. Lastly, they actually re-sell most of the items such as fins or Elios wetsuits. It is much better to buy directly from the manufacturer. Overall, and mostly due to the shop hiding it's location, I vote as "untrustworthy".
